for get your not as good in the rain, though easy overtaking might give you a little advantage

in this race we have to watch out for Jack and Milivoj. they have their driver's favourite track this race.
Quote ( Alex Slawson @ September 14th 2011,15:45:33 )

think its the second one for Milivoj, thought the second race was one of his as well if i remember correctly. rain looks nice though so think it might give them more of an advantage though i am not 100% sure.

correct Alex it's my 2nd fav. track

I hoped I can do better in my 2nd fav. track, but since my driver doesn't like the rain I think I'll rather save my engine.

it depends what you hoped for, still put you in the top 5, last season this group was very slow in the wet look at my win and i had very little effort for that with no fav track so think you would still have a chance if you got the right race plan

I would be happy with top 5 :)) but I don't want to use high risks to get it.

Agree
There's only one race plan possible IMO unless you're ready to use high risks which quite a few managers in this group are using-

i agree high risk is a wast if you can get enough points or the right position to soot your need, i think the risk in this group is high and i keep mine low to avoid the cost my driver is not so kind to the car so i cant run high risk, but i no points is enough for me.

I looked at your driver earlier, he could be very strong already in the next season.

He's certainly got potential, as long as i don't do anything stupid with him.

Another non-event race for me.

from my observations i have concluded that Alex Slawson's driver has the highest talent in the group, followed by Michael Sephton and Andre Cherkasoff respectively.

right?

i have not looked at everyone's driver in a while but yes you could be right though, i could be beaten if someone had 250. think i need to look to see where i am in the stamina standings to see how much i need to test before promoting

Good work Alex, it was very easy for you. Congratz to all in points and thanks to this weather. With this rain, lots of DMs and with luck in the lasts 2 laps, i could secure my first point in Amateur.

Tnx i was happy about that.
After very bad Q (Q1 was 1,5sec slower than practice time) i decided to back off the risks and still got 5th. :D

What do you think about a driver's favourite race? I guess it's like a wet race for a high talent driver. You guys with more experience, agree?

taken my foot of the gas for this one, i am not so good in hot dry races, and with the hard overtaking i am hoping to just pick up 5 or 6th place with an old car and hope for wet or cooler next race with a fresh car to pick up a better position.

i have 19 points over 4th so more than enough for now and never thought i would win the group so happy to play it smart and have 70/80 mill end of the season, with high staff levels and better car for pro.

would like to see it all closer at the front though seems quite a gap most races.

Michael Sephton took my chance to reach the podium on the last race! Think better, the 4th place was great for my first time in Amateur! Of course rain strategy help me, but I hope to do a nice work and be more competitive in the next season!

Congratulations for the three in podium: Marek Popławski, Alex Slawson and Michael Sephton!

Let's go watch another race with rain!
