In this group I've seen that for the last two seasons 1-2 points might not be enough to retain, so...;)

Yeah, you;ve just got to pay attention to whats happening in the standings I suppose. A couple big wildcards this season though with Monaco and Indy Oval, so we could have some surprise point scores this season.

Yes, have to keep eyes open, or things you don't want might happen.

But the main question for me is: Who else plans to go after the promotion?

Not myself, although I hope to steal a few wins throughout the season :P. However I'll be sticking with a level 4 car so it'll require a tad bit of luck.

Thank you, it was a proud acomplishment! I figure I deserve an achievement.

To be honest though, I forgot that with all those pit stops I'd be well outside the 90% rule, so that was a bit unfortunate. Should've thought that through a bit more :P.

With so many pit stops I think your pit crew was more tired after the race than your driver :D

Welcome Michael, my advice: save while you can't score and choose your attacks carefully and methodically. If you have a driver with talent, you may also attack strong on wet races!

Singe, I've been thinking and there's a slight chance I may want to promote! Anyway, for now my plan is to keep working on my driver and score a lot, not worried about promotion yet. I will only want to promote if I am also able to save good money - that usually doesn't happen! :-)

It's interesting, Alan, who talks about winnings and promotions spent so much time in gpro and has never been to masters or elite group and has changed 5 teams in 14 seasons.

Paulo 17 seasons and I see only rookie<-->amateur.

Signe is better than you, once in pro and less seasons spent for the goal.

It'll be interesting to see you all racing.

Marius, it's hard to decide who is good on any given season based on history ;) But thanks for the good word.

Marius, I know :) I have a problem with spending! I am working on that. Two seasons ago I started a project to go to Pro and I am doing it with success so far. I can assure you I have conditions to promote this season, I just don't think it would be successful to go there right now with little money so, that's why I say I am not sure I will want to promote.

Don't mistake "promoting" with "finishing 1st in end of the season". I never said I could beat Signe ;-) She asked me by the end of last season if I was planning to promote this season, that's why I've talked about it.

I am not the greatest, before me there's Signe (ladies first) and the self-proclaimed Alan :o)

Marius, you have an impressive past! Congratulations! I am sure you will soon promote to Pro!

I made a mistake with promotions, I hadn't enough time to prepare myself for elite. So I started everything from the beginning and this time I'll try to prepare everything. I'll stay here in amateur 3 seasons and later 1 season in pro and 1 in masters.

Is it possible to promote from pro to master and master to elite in just 2 season, Marius?

I have learnt a lot these past seasons from teammates but never had any teammate with your experience. I hope to learn just from observing your planning (planning is my kriptonite!!).

Yes, it's possible, but you need to start preparing your driver here in amateur. That's why I'll try to stay here for 3 seasons (1 - for driver; 2 - for staff; 3 - for money and promotion).

Thank you very much! I am very happy but mostly because my team is not 66th, a new record for us, we keep improving together all the time!

Great race for you too, I think when there's no rain I won't be 1st during half the season :) I am sure Signe (SIGNE, not signe, see?) will beat me and second half-season I see Alan growing in the point scoring too!
