Im not 100% sure but it says Q2-start of race is not raining. But a 50-60% chance of rain in first 30 mins.

like i said...forgot to change `em ..at the end of the last season a was trying to get my driver under 85 OA...didnt make it... :D but i have a better driver now...

Actually, you had put enough for a new manager.but i can give you a hint about that.When raining; drivers in this game consumes fuel a little less than dry conditions.
