You know that crucial moment on the titanic where there was a delay between spotting the iceberg and actually taking evasive action?
Well, you've past that. Your hull is wrecked to shreds and there's water flooding the engine room. Mechanics are locking their colleagues in to their watery graves to buy themselves a few minutes and first class passengers are busy arguing over lifejackets. The captain's only options are abandoning ship or going down with her.

...and that is where the common man gives up his fight, due to the lack of capacity to do anything other than imitate. In a changing envirnment, imitation is a flawed strategy since there is no certainty that you are imitating the person that is still learning; imitating and imitator produces ever diminishing returns. ;)

Well it seems to be working. Seriously though, I recruit everyone on my own, but all the team give their opinions and it is just that I'm dealing with the people and trying to persuade them.
I'm not good at anything else.
