Been married for 10 years now mate so I think I know a thing or two about responsibilities.... I could tell you it was all approved beforehand (how else?), and my mum-in-law was at home visiting us but you look so good on your high horse there, I wouldn't want to ruin it for you.

Or maybe you just take turns when one of you can go out an evening and the other one can go out another evening...twice a year or so. You know, just to prevent going crazy? Don't know if this will wear off your honeymoon phase but it will certainly extend your sane part of life.

Nah, not everything, just I would have seen Mother in law visit as perfect chance to get out together knowing she would watch kids. :) But then my mother drives me mad so would have been glad to escape her and go to a party.

ha I wished... my mum lives 100 miles away... But its easier for me... I have a girl of 18, well a son of 19 but he gone Uni now, She babysits our smaller two if we ask nicely ;) or threaten to withdraw cash :P

You're lucky. Grandma's house is in construction (weirdly enough, both grandmas decided to build/re-construct their houses).
And when my mother in law comes visiting, yeah, that's the perfect time for me to engage in any type of activity that involves me being away from her (that's why we're not even living in the same country anymore) :-))))

I'm lucky now perhaps... but the older two were small once. Its the hardest part :) I would kill Mick if he left me with my mum all evening an went out to a party! Least he could do is take me and get me so drunk I can safely ignore my mother and smile while doing it :P

That awkward moment when you're trying to log into your external team forum and to your dismay your password doesn't seem to work. Once you've figured out that caps lock is on, the forum informs you that you can't login for 1 hour because of too many failed login attempts. To make matters worse, you're one of the forum's 2 admins, and the other admin isn't online to sort this out for you. What's a guy got to do to access his own forum?

I don't use it much myself, but I have been known to press it when trying to aim for the left shift key.
