Qualifying Update 2/8
We now see that the top 5 who came out before...REALLY ARE the top 5 on pace, as they sow up those positions early on in the qualifying session meaning Pole for Wood from Harding, Toom, Swaney and Wagner. Now attention turns to those in the lower reaches of the top 10...
Scrapping over those places right now are Sagatas, Timms, Suhonen, Dobrev and Ciuchi with the likes of Panag, Johnson, Kasar and Vithani all not too far behind either...

1st - Joseph Wood 2nd - Gary Harding 3rd - Mairo Toom 4th - Greg Swaney 5th - Tim-Oliver Wagner Rimantas Sagatas Colin Timms Mikoo Suhonen Ivelin Dobrev Andrei Ciuchi
Bottom 5 (so those yet to send really)
Cristian Morales (A30) Michael Overstreet (A62) Sachin Checker (A27) Abhishek Kankonkar (A44) Andy Smith (A27) Jun Ho (A2) Gareth Love (P6) Daneks Britāls (M2) Stefan Gommans (A28) Davi Jardim Tellini (R79) Grant Crouch (R82) Harrison Whitworth (R207)

Hoping for 6th - 8th on the grid ... seems 9th and 10th are around the last corner and that's an extra square or two for the start. :o

Think my car has decided not to go out of the pits at this rate, hopefully the race will improve whatever my qualifying grid slot is.

Qualifying Update 4/8
With the top 10 now set in stone we look beyond that now, and with several drivers making tactical decisions to save fuel we now have a very uncertain picture emerging as to who will start where - Vithani and Wesker look relatively safe in 11th and 12th, but from Kożuchowski down it is anybody's guess as to who will start where...!
Top 20 (places as it stands - possibly subject to change outside the top 10)
1st - Joseph Wood 2nd - Gary Harding 3rd - Mairo Toom 4th - Greg Swaney 5th - Tim-Oliver Wagner 6th - Rimantas Sagatas 7th - Colin Timms 8th - Ivelin Dobrev 9th - Andrei Ciuchi 10th - Matt Kasar 11th - Samir Vithani 12th - Thomas Wesker 13th - Michał Kożuchowski 14th - Nicholas Carpenter 15th - Matthew Wheeler 16th - Sachin Checker 17th - Theo Panag 18th - Kirsty Ridley 19th - Mike Baston 20th - Andy Smith
Bottom 5 (so those yet to send)
Cristian Morales (A30) Michael Overstreet (A62) Abhishek Kankonkar (A44) Jun Ho (A2) Gareth Love (P6) Daneks Britāls (M2) Davi Jardim Tellini (R79) Grant Crouch (R82) Harrison Whitworth (R207)

Not good to not even be mentioned in that Top 20. I might get lapped before I get to the start/finish line if there's a giant pileup in the first corner or two.

Quote ( Vlad Sandu @ November 24th 2012,16:26:00 ) Why Im not in the last update even if I have been in update 3
Probably because the card you sent in was not high enough to be that far up the grid. Remember the main thing that determines grid position is the card you send - FOLLOWED by when you send it.

Relax Jeff, even down to the top 35 all cars will be within 1 corner of the leaders at the start :)

Qualifying Update 5/8
A great lap from Overstreet sees him line up behind Michał Kożuchowski with these guys looking set in 13th and 14th respectively - Carpenter is still right on the pace though, whilst the outskirts of the top 20 are still definitely up for grabs!
Top 20 (places as it stands - possibly subject to change outside the top 10)
1st - Joseph Wood 2nd - Gary Harding 3rd - Mairo Toom 4th - Greg Swaney 5th - Tim-Oliver Wagner 6th - Rimantas Sagatas 7th - Colin Timms 8th - Ivelin Dobrev 9th - Andrei Ciuchi 10th - Matt Kasar 11th - Samir Vithani 12th - Thomas Wesker 13th - Michał Kożuchowski 14th - Michael Overstreet 15th - Nicholas Carpenter 16th - Matthew Wheeler 17th - Sachin Checker 18th - Theo Panag 19th - Kirsty Ridley 20th - Mike Baston

Qualifying Update 6/8
It looks like the top 20 are now looking a little safer than they were previously, and so attention turns to those outside the top 20 - including the strategically-minded Suhonen and Johnson, who elected to sacrifice places higher up the grid for a better fuel strategy, but will that gamble pay off?
Top 25 (places as it stands - possibly subject to change outside the top 10)
1st - Joseph Wood 2nd - Gary Harding 3rd - Mairo Toom 4th - Greg Swaney 5th - Tim-Oliver Wagner 6th - Rimantas Sagatas 7th - Colin Timms 8th - Ivelin Dobrev 9th - Andrei Ciuchi 10th - Matt Kasar 11th - Samir Vithani 12th - Thomas Wesker 13th - Michał Kożuchowski 14th - Michael Overstreet 15th - Nicholas Carpenter 16th - Matthew Wheeler 17th - Sachin Checker 18th - Theo Panag 19th - Kirsty Ridley 20th - Mike Baston 21st - Andy Smith 22nd - Liam Johnson 23rd - Pedro Diogo 24th - Mikko Suhonen 25th - Vlad Sandu

Qualifying Update 7/8
A good lap from Tellini puts him into the top 25 just ahead of the ever present Suhonen, with 5 drivers yet to set a time we are coming to the business end of the session - and still not even some of those in the top 15 can relax as they could still lose some places.
Top 25 (places as it stands - possibly subject to change outside the top 10)
1st - Joseph Wood 2nd - Gary Harding 3rd - Mairo Toom 4th - Greg Swaney 5th - Tim-Oliver Wagner 6th - Rimantas Sagatas 7th - Colin Timms 8th - Ivelin Dobrev 9th - Andrei Ciuchi 10th - Matt Kasar 11th - Samir Vithani 12th - Thomas Wesker 13th - Michał Kożuchowski 14th - Michael Overstreet 15th - Nicholas Carpenter 16th - Matthew Wheeler 17th - Sachin Checker 18th - Theo Panag 19th - Kirsty Ridley 20th - Mike Baston 21st - Andy Smith 22nd - Liam Johnson 23rd - Pedro Diogo 24th - Davi Jardim Tellini 25th - Mikko Suhonen

The race will start as soon as qualifying is over - so you can choose your 1st card from your starting fuel load to play as soon as 20:00 CET comes around. Though there is no advantage in the race to PM'ing me sooner, other than maybe avoiding the wrath of the other players!

Is it possible to know the time the top 10 sent their card in? Or the whole pool of players if it's not too much asked. :)
Looking forward to the race. Not sure I'll make it :p
