If you have any questions regards the game ask me.
I know it's funny, but staying too long in the upper tiers can make you forget about the game in R and AMA, good thing is i am here to mentor you all!!
Maybe i'll open the sessi0n for Pro as well if time permits.
Pipirelli/20CT/how to get the wurst sponsor fast/how not to be frustrated by fellow managers that have a lvl5car and take your points even if they won't promote...
Obviously this is a joke thread, have fun :)

Thanks Eugen, please enlighten them with your wisdoms. I think you can show them a thing or two in the private leagues... Roland Postle will be sorry he challenged you

I think I may need this service in the future. I have a fear that I will end up in ama and not have a TD. I also fear that I won't need to test all the time. And tyres are cheap.
What am I supposed to do with all that money?

Perfect example of GPRO mastery: Record each and every piece of data untill you find it's usefulness ;)

Hi, i have the first question:
I am trying to get 33rd or worse currently (most managers can assume the reason) but i failed twice in a row amd got 32nd. I already used level 1-3 parts only and thought that in elite that is bad enough, but i still overtake too many people at the end. Ok, the weather is to good for my conti tyres. But i only fuel 10l in q1 all the time to lose more time, but still not loose enough time.
Do you have some super-duper-rookie-tips for me? Kind regards and thanks for your mentoring, Jan

Put 5 litres of fuel in the car at every pitstop. Works everytime (at least I've seen it work, haven't tested myself).
Failing that try having a shockingly bad setup, or running wets on a dry circuit/ dry tires on a wet circuit.

I fear 10l is the minimum, otherwise I would have used 5l already to get better qualis.
I think racing in hiher divisions doesnt feel much different. If faster people race faster people it feels for them as slower people racing slower people.
I dont exactly know who you call an "super elite". The game changed a bit with driver energy and PHA stuff. Now beeing at the very top is very expensive for everyone, so you can only be there for some time, if you prepare well, but then you need to recover and get a new driver. Generally I would say there are 2 kinds of managers at the Top. Those who prepared for a long time, trained a driver, stored sponsors and then going full trottle for 1-2 seasons and those who have a generally decent pace and then have some peaks here and there, like Roland, Ioannis, Christos,... The first way is executed by Polish racing team a lot, also Robert Laszlo and Alpo Kaakinen practised it, even tho he is present at the Top for some time now. My teammate Yug Desai, who is leading the standings currently, also brought his driver from all the way down and prepared for very long.
Personally I have the biggest respect for managers like Roland, Ioannis, Christos who are somehow almost all the time prominent in the Top10. But the other way, a way I decided going for myself requires a lot of patience and I think this is also a quality that is rewardable :)
So how to deal with them: I would say get there prepared and with a plan, if not relegate and use your time and your priviledges as an Elite to prepare for Master.
If there is general interest in "asking an Elite", we can also make such a categorie in here , have a nice day :)
