I'm having some trouble with activating the helmet I just got. I bought the Esmeralda decal, but when I go over to the personalization tab to edit said helmet, I'm given no options whatsoever.
This is a screenshot of the page I'm seeing:

It seems like some of the JS on the page goes haywire, because the footer is never displayed.

I apologize if this forum isn't the preferred channel for this type of problem, but I would really appreciate any and all kinds of help.
