Yeah bit slow today as well, the whole site is a bit slower for me since the race started. Old viewer works fine

Fine tuning things takes time and failed attempts unfortunately. After the last tune everything worked fine for a few races, but due to Bremgarten requiring almost double the bandwidth of normal races, we may have to do some more tuning before things work as smoothly on such races. The increase in players due to the virus doesn't help either. At least I know what to do now. Apologies again for those affected :/

Ps: I don’t care: I will remain a supporter of GPRO, even if it falls right after a dry start, with a 1-2% forecast.

To counter the issue of the insane bandwidth usage during races, I've converted all track images to the WebP format. Most modern browsers support it and should work fine so you will not notice any difference (except faster loading times). Browsers that don't support it will fallback to the old heavy JPG/PNG images.
I've already enabled this for the race replays. Can you all check some replays (preferably on multiple tracks) and let me know if you spot any issues? If you have a problem report your browser name and version as well.

Tried to watch an old race I had unlocked, but it seems it's only unlocked for the classic viewer, not the new one :/

That's strange, I unlocked the replay for a race in season 19 right now and I can watch it in the new race screen.
