We're still recruiting. We have one more spot opening up in BT46, due to retirement from GPRO from one of our players.
We have a growing knowledge base, currently seeking experienced players to help with the guidance of our many newer players, of which we have 9 players with less than 100 races. All of whom are in a position to promote from amateur or already have. 4 of which are in the top 100 here /gb/Stats.asp?type=mosttimeperrace#scroll so you should expect a high level of activity & enthusiasm to bring back your earlier enthusiasm (if you're a dino). This has been the case for our dino players, anyway. We have players ranging from 24 races to 1391 races . From having just raced their first race in ama to having scored points in Elite.
On our discord server, we have been maintaining a high level of activity, which is as expected with 30 players, but I'm gonna break it down.
We have 4 players who average 30+ posts per day
We have 7 players who average 20+ posts per day
We have 12 players who average 10+ posts per day
Total posts from the past year = 48k
(using live counter to update stats)
With R&D, guru, and other subsections, we are focused and organized for the next steps we need to take in this game, which is to get our player base into the Master & Elite rat race. Projects and in-depth discussions are taking place daily with a wave of positivity that is motivating everyone amongst the team.
We're looking for a good person to join us. We're confident to bring your enthusiasm higher if it's getting boring lately. We're confidnt to bring your level higher if you're concerned about your limit in the game being reached without help.

So as a team we think we know what we would do with the elephant, now we just need to work out what to do with whats left of it and how to sound proof a garage.

I am the team leader for BT62 and live in Canada. Canada is a big country with many regions to visit (coastal, desert, prairie and mountains). Travelling to many parts of my country and the world has been exciting and interesting for me. I just returned from a trip to lake country and spent some time relaxing on the beach and touring wineries! Get much better than that? There are members from all over the world and you can discuss many subjects about their countries. Want to talk to someone in Portugal? We have a thread for that and other countries as well. I got involved in GPRO in Season 63 without a clue about how involved the game can be to a newbie. I joined a team called Mad Motors which merged with Brabham. We have the tools to help you become successful! If you are interested in interacting with a sometimes fantastic (sometimes not, (KIDDING) always friendly and helpful) group of people, we are looking for you to join one of our teams! We have many discussions in our Discord forums. Lots of fun but also serious (?) racing discussions.

A bit about us:
We're a group of friends who are passionate about this game, growing closer as almost like a family environment. We share hours talking with each other every week about a range of topics, help each other plan and grow in GPRO, with personalized discussion areas for each player as well as guidance areas, tools, team chat, etc, but our off topic areas are just as lively.
While we do not have a current list of managers competing in Elite, we have many of our team members on their way up with secure plans, we're rapidly developing tools in excel, and other programs, data analysis programs, projects, and a determination to become that. I feel like we've figured out things about the game that will bring many of our players right into that discussion before S100.
The stats:
6 have been to Elite (1 current)
9 of our 29 average more than 10hrs/race
Avg 8 hrs/race activity (Brabham: 10.6, BT46: 6.0, BT62: 7.4)

With the kind of players we've recruited over time, and the positive atmosphere we've established & maintained, there is always a chat going on from all of our players across the globe.
Application process
1) Click on the contact link above to apply for the spot available. Feel free to just keep it simple and show your interest, or you can write as much as you want as an introduction (see below).
2) We'll invite you to our discord to talk to the team you're interested in
3) once you join the server, you'll be given a few days to introduce yourself, discuss, ask & answer any questions and represent yourself..it's like a casual 'job' interview, we keep the seriousness out of it, trust that :P

No need to be an extremely special or very experienced manager of GPRO to join Brabham, I only had half a season's worth of experience to my credit and I barely scored points. After joining Brabham I learned so much from their helpful advice and promoted out of Rookie with a perfect 17/17 podium record.
Brabham is the place to be, for any manager who wants to succeed, and have a little bit of fun on the side ;)

Yesterday on the train i saw a woman get out an entire massive cucumber, peel the plastic back and just start munching on it. just ate it raw and like it was, the entire damn thing. It was the strangest thing i had seen in a long long time.
I know this has nothing to do with the recruitment, but it just still hurts my brain, so i thought i would just write it down here and see if it helps make my brain go back to being un-scarred by this act.
