It will be interesting to follow who will battle for a promotion this season. I will not join that battle, my only goal is to score my first amateur pole position, fastest race lap and win in one of the first three races. After that I will find myself a new driver, and I don't expect him to score any World Championship points this season.

Good Luck to you too, and everyone else. My goals this season is to build money for when I do want promotion. I have had been promoted to Pro a couple of times but never had the funds to make it work so I intent to stay in Am for a few more seasons this time around.

I did already make a bid on a new super young new talent who will hopefully bring me to Pro/Master/Elite level. Can't wait for the next drivermarket on monday.
So you can all prepare to be blocked in the next race, since I will probably start somewhere in the front. My new driver doesn't have the skills to perform yet, so it will be a riskless race for me with high defence risk.
I can already hear a lot of managers swear. hihihihi ;-)

Seven race and six different winners, what an exciting season this one...but I think 2-3 drivers have a good chance now to promote:
Harry Korakas
Raivo Nurja
Mattia Molteni
and the 4th one...?
Maybe from Hajdú László or Stefano Verderio

Thanks for the well wishes. This season was a pretty good fight with everyone involved. Congrats to everyone moving to Pro next season and good luck to everyone in this group for next season. I'll be keeping an eye to see who rises to the top!

A warm welcome to all the newcomers in Amateur-15, I do hope that you will enjoy your stay in this particular group as much as I did the last few seasons.
Having this said, this will be my last season in this group if everything works out like it should. Promotion is the main goal this season while improving the money balance/staff/car and driver. The championship is no goal and neither is winning races, I'll be happy if I promote with a fourth position in the final standing at the end of the season.
So all the best of luck to the other candidates for promotion, and good luck to all others also of course.

We will see, but I won't push extra for it. Plan is to race a number of races without use of %CT and/or boost, just to save money on the car parts. In the end it is total package that counts, a promotion just for the promotion is not my goal.
I do have two teammates at Elite level, and I do get some great info and tips from them. So the overall goal remains to join them one day at Elite level. I don't know if I will ever succeed in it of course, but I will give it my best shot.

Okay let's see what tonight will bring. Second race in a row without risk or boost and I did downgrade the engine and brakes back to level 4.
I do expect to "smoke"towards the end of the race. So I will be happy with a top eight finish tonight.

Yep, and it stopped a few laps later without entering the pit. (That's a new one for me)
But I will try to reach a top eight finish nevertheless, although some of the managers a really "pushing". Guess it will be Emy Vasilov's second victory in a row ?
Told you that I don't give sh*t about a Amateur title or race victories. Promotion with 150 million in the bank, level 35 staff and enough CCP is the only goal.
