Right! So, I wasn't last, but my drivers overall score has dropped from 92 to 87 . . . . Is that just motivation?

Improved by 1 place. Finished 31 race1, 30 race 2. Keeping it calm on spending, bringing the car home, let's try and get out of the relegation zone

I need a race where many people don't show up. Lol. stuck in relegation zone. yes. season is long, but one good finish in the teens should elevate me. . . .

Yes. I purchased the driver last season and his overall plummeted from 96 to 87. I have been trying to get his stats back up because he is cheap. lol. I wanted to try and manage my outgoings. The wear on the car has been a lot higher this year than in the rookie season and I am having to replace parts after just one race, where they would last at least 3 races in rookie. My sponsor negotiations are very slow. I am at 38% after 4 races. I accept that I must be doing something wrong, but I cannot immediately see what it is . .

Your car parts should last a lot more than 1race, should last 3 races easily...probably youre doing something very wrong... Maybe you should ask for a mentor

Well. . That could've gone better. 10 people had engines blow, but I could only manage a 29th place finish

Okay . . mentor and team now in place, hopefully results will improve. build up money again. Downgraded to level 4 engine. That's not going to be good for this race, but hopefully I can start to rebuild car after this race.

Joaquin, Can't believe I'm 6 seconds behind you in Quali. A good driver really does make all the difference.

Well, there are many factors: Strategy, driver, car lvl... but probably as i told you before, your driver is bad right now...(i dont know, because i didnt see it)
And btw my driver is not fast yet as you will see when tops in the group will qualify

Yes, lol. My driver is bad. bad results do not help motivation. I tried to sign 2 drivers, but they rejected. The season is not over yet, though . . .

Wow. Rain. Didn't expect that very much, but I took a risk for that in strategy. Surprised that more didn't do that, but is better for me :D

It was a lotto race. Historycal weather forecast showed that 3 out of 5 it rained, but also a couple of races ago it didnt rain 1 out of 5 and it didnt rain... you know lotto races...sometimes strange thing happens... But obviosly risk that much is very dangerous... because you could lose so many places

Im a lot more concerned about whats going on lately in the races about all of you guys... People just started to push a lot harder lately in races just as the same time im doing the same???

Last season I got points with 0CT and this season with 30CT, better driver and car I just take the same amount...

You got same feeling than me... So people started to think to be able to be competitive to push harder to compensate lack of knowledge, getting slower drivers... So throwing all the money to the gargabe by getting better car lvls and pushing harder...
Wrong thing to do now almost nobody relegates, so instead to improve all their accounts, throw the money to the garbage... well done guys xDddd

Improving means long-term/ short-term plans where you get better driver, car and stafg by training and testing. And not many good drivers mean that you can get more points easily if everybody understands that risks aren't good in long term...

I meant their package... Car lvls, sponsors, staff, drivers,etc

Yes, many people are doing that. You can see people with low Q with a good pace in races

I think that more people are becoming aware of the importance of being in a team, improving the car slowly, training the driver. I see that I need a finish position of 19 just to hope to get out of relegation. Keeping motivation seems difficult, but slowly bringing stamina up. Sponsors still slow due to race position. I have CT at 10, to try and preserve parts a little longer, cut down on upgrade costs. Hopefully I will retain group and make good progress next season. But! 9 races to go.

Keeping moti is almost impossible in your position ( race+ your training). Even I have problems with it :P But I believe you can retain

I hope so. I moved up to 30th in the table. a little push (Plus, a favourite track coming up soon) and I should be able to get a top 20 race finish to move up the table.

That moment when your driver had a mistake in q1 and it was without any risk :( At least will be a good challenge :P This will be probably second last pushing race
