I have a suggestion...
Let's make a new training type.
Name like (for example) : Cleaning
Effect be like:
Losing driver motivation from 50 to 70
Losing driver reputation from 5 to 10
Cost : 1 millions $
Is someone agree with me?

I know of certain lifestyle coaches or gurus that will have the exact opposite effect by selling you a master of Sanitization course. (and might be pricier in the long run)

It's possible to achieve that effect without training. :P

I once had a similar idea but it would be "Party Night" and the driver would get moti -10 to -30 and -3 to -5 conc and +5 weight, and cost 2M or something like that
The conc loss and weight gain would make that people would not abuse it, but still could use it as an alternative to moti dropping trough bad results

There is no way my driver lose more the 35 motivation after even a mess race.
So I need def. 7 races too earn the 0 motivations from the max
I know reputation decrease is posibble after promotion - after the first race.
Beside that it's pretty imposibble too.

How do I reduce my driver's OA?
You have many options available to you.
One extreme way to achieve this is by going -$15mil to completely wipe his motivation. This is a quick and effective way to reduce driver OA - but please don't ignore the disadvantages of such a manoeuvre. Going negative has many downfalls, and should be fully considered before doing this. In the majority of cases you may be better advised to simply let your existing driver leave, keep your money, and sign a replacement after your current contract expires.
Other options to drop driver OA might include sandbagging to achieve bad results (not advised at Rookie), or possibly certain training options.

So, basically in rookie you are screwed :D
The best advice that can be given is to promote as soon as you can to amateur so that you have more competitors and will be able to drop reputation. Another advice can be to resign a driver that is potentially good in the division as soon as you can so that you don't experience the reputation effect.
I'm wondering if we really need the reputation effect on drivers in rookie. People who want to figure out stuff in rookie and explore long term drivers there shouldn't be penalised with a very expensive driver in my opinion.

I suggest a search button next to the mail box button, notification and tutorial.
This way, we could find easily others managers, searching by name.

You'll find search bar where's written: Add new managers. This way you can easily find the manager you want :D

Sponsor Page suggestion
On the Sponsor Negotiations overview page in the Ongoing negotiations table, is it not possible to add a column indicating the "Contract expires period (amount of races)" that is still remaining for a Sponsor.
I know you can go into the Sponsor itself and see what time period is left for a contract to expire, but it will be nice if you can see a quick overview on the "Ongoing Negotiations" page as well without having to go into every Sponsor to check.

Could we have current fastest lap of the group displayed along with weather/tyre/fuel on race screen?

Race Analysis:
I would like to see TD stats in the Race Analysis page. Especially since drivers and TD's get recycled and/or deleted, at some point it will be impossible to recover the stats of a TD in a historic race, other than their salary.
To be honest, I don't like the Race Analysis removing the driver's name once a driver gets deleted either. Same thing in the driver history on your profile. Having "Unknown Driver" there is just weird and it screws up historic data.
EDIT: I also noticed there is no "TD History". Would love to see something like that!

My suggestion:
LETS MAKE A CUP FOR HIGHER NUMBERS OF GPRO TEAMS !!! Not only TOP 50.
OR CREATE NEW CUP, GROUP BY STRENGHT/RESULTS IN PREVIOUS SEASON, GIVE SOME SMALL REWARDS, like in personal managers group cup.
So everyone would not need to make own cups outside of the game !

Hi all staff, i like see the classification point similar at real races... start from first 25 point and finish with ten 1 point

I mean, its not like F1 so won't change the points to F1
It'll spoil pretty much all of the stats, and 99/100, it won't actually change anything for the standings so whats the point

...the motivation of the Driver must come out of the total OA of the driver as far as the Season Renewal is concerned.!!!
...it's time for all this paranoia to stop so that the managers lower the MOT...
