You can always make an educated guess when of if rain will start but no when it will stop or will it stop at all.
Edit. BTW. At the moment it's not raining and according to forecast it's 96-99% of rain to start. Soi wheres rain? Over 10 laps passed.

This is not even the first time this has happened and people are treating this as if it's a bug. If rain chance isn't 100% then it can stop. Plus, things like this happen so rarely that they won't really scare away anyone who matters. This is just like a random, except that it affects EVERYONE. It's not unfair, it's unlucky.

I would agree with you if the rare occurrence was limited to the first half an hour; but given the rain has not started in the second half hour I'd say we are in unknown lands now, and this looks more like a problem in race calculation than the outcome of the forecast, including random factor :/

As far as I know, humidity also plays a role when it comes to raining... ;)
Nevertheless, it's still a shitty weather system.
