Someone being accused and the discussion about how to find DAs are two separate discussions and are not linked.
No point going on about it though. People can discuss it if they wish as long as they stay within the rules which is all I was trying to say.

Michael, imo this is an example of an stupid DA.
But i guess that smart DA´s will make fake mistakes at begining on purpose.
The only way to reduce it a lot is only one acount on domestic IP, but even then there are allways the job, the bar with wirless, the next door neighbor.....
One thing that could scare them out, is:
Every acount should have at least one pc with camera, and admins should know witch mcadress has the camera, the manager has to use that pc with some frequency......and everyone could have a suprise visit of mr shadow on the camera, if the manager deny the camera conection it would be warned (because it could be a problem with conection) at second time he should be baned.
and still ....i believe some would began to wear wigs and fake mustaches ... hehehe!

Back on subject, i am sure the game devs and mods have enough tools at their disposal to spot DA,s and take the action needed.
This subject always seeme to bring out the worst in people when discussions are ongoing, i know it shouldnt happen but if you havent done anything then you shouldnt worry about it thats the way i look at it. And people doing it get what they deserve when caught.

There is also another problem with IP addresses, my Internet provider assigns random IP address and even if continuously connected it changes them every once in while.

And what if someday you cannot log in from your Home PC and will have to do it somewhere else ?
I can assure you , in Mumbai you wont find camera's on every PC and even if you find it , it may not work :P

Back to the topic:
IMO first, Admins need to detect why people use DA´s (probably they done it already).
IMO DA´s are divided into two major groups:
1- The stupid/inofensive DA´s - This kind of DA generaly has good results since first race, first gold is .....i don´t know if they have any gold except lot´s of free time.They are inofensive because they play with the DA like they play with the 1st acount, so there is no advantage....is the same than compare data from your team.
They are stupid because they waste time with the DA instead waste it with the 1st one.
This kind of DA only harm the game in one aspect, are occupying the place off another manager, and when the game is with all seats occupied, will begin to really be a problem.
The Smart/harmful Da´s.
This kind of DA´s could be a threat, because the manager knows exactly what he wont´s.......and it his something that it his very dificult to get even with all the data from the team.
And now i´m going to what is really important:
Testing - Setup tunning
Because this kind of test is very expensive ....promotes the DA´s for that use.
I Sugest that Setup tunning should change a bit in order to discourage the DA´s.
Just don´t know the rigth way to do it......
