The title was given 55 times and to 19 managers until now. If we divvy them, the result is 2.895 titles per manager. Wanna see this number below 2.00!

We have only 2 champs who won the title only once. But the 1-time champions should be nearly the most frequent phenomenon, if we suppose that the system is fair. Otherwise, it's too fishy.

The real value is 21 champions and 2.619 titles per manager. Two champions are missing from the hall of fame, it seems. :D

Compared with Elite Betting Game, there are 38 champions and 1.447 titles per manager. And the number of 1-time champs is 28.

Thanks to everyone for the congrats !! :-D
I am very happy that I managed to win for the first time in Elite.
Super race Flo, I thought (I was sure) that I will not manage to overtake you(through Energy) but here a surprise. :-D

@Rafa, I won on my FT and You without FT - so whose driver is better?? ;)
Obviously, the Energy consumption on this track was not too big -and that allowed me to win ;-)

I'm not moaning Flo, I'm regretting not hiring another driver.
I could be sitting better right now, but as I said... my mistake, I was a fool :)
my driver + package are so good that I still won a race, but can't be compared to the driver you currently have.

Here's the lesson Michal and Flo are teaching for elite newcomers in the energy Era - hire a more prepared driver, yours is no better than most of the established elites.

Michal, you did an awesome job, you deserve it :)

1) will at the start of next season, be your driver better than he had been at the start of this season??
2) will he be better than the drivers of newcomers??
3) will the gap to flo's or michal's driver be smaller??

it's hard to answer, but 1 and 2 would be yes and 3 would be a big no.
I had to spend lots just to be close to the top guys, while some saved monies by having a more prepared driver.
Just look at Gino and Dede who did a better job last season (car/money/S&F wise) than Michal and reached Elite more prepared than him but driver alone made the difference.
I'm not confident that it's what Vlad wanted to do when energy was implemented but driver is waaaaaaaaaaay more important than it used to be, specially in Elite.

Rookie/Ama/Pro seem to be doing all right with energy, so it's at Master where training becomes a luxury :)

The better prepared drivers will be the ones relegating managers leave behind most likely. If dropped before R17, retainers will get them, if not, rich promoters will. Unlike TDs, I doubt we'll have musical chairs season for those :D

Then, Dede will return to Elite, and Admins will think of another feature to ruin his season, and the cycle starts all over again ;P

Let me disagree Rafinha, R1 Michał's driver will probably be better, but I very much doubt it'll be by R17 given its age. You must be missing he had a FT last race too?

Collateral and transitional effect IMO. We can check back in 5 seasons once all drivers have a lower possible OA/skills roof.

I believe I was not prepared enough to establish myself here for several seasons, and that was because of driver, car and facilities. I was unsure if a new driver would've helped me to be successful, so I went for the safe plan for the future. Only the time will tell if I made the correct decision: will Flo/Michal manage to win the championship? Or will I beat them next time I come here?
