First i would like to thank Tim for taking some of his time to answer all the questions. Here it goes. Hope everyone likes it.

Hello Tim! So tell us a little about yourself.
A: Hi! I'm 29, married to a very loving wife for 3 years, who doesn't quite understand my utter addiction to GPRO! Lol! I was born in the desert of Arizona but raised in the corn fields of Iowa! Currently working as a package handler at FedEx Ground!
I assume that you like motorsports. When did this addiction began?
A:I would say my love of motor sports goes back to grade school (8 or 9 years old) when I was introduced to demolition derby racing and was a member of a neighbor' s pit crew! Would help him work on the car all week in turn he would take me to the races on the weekends to watch him race! Form that, I turned into a diehard NASCAR! I followed Dale Earnhardt Sr. until his tragic death at Daytona in 2001! I now am a Dale Jr. fan 110%, and even find myself rooting for NASCAR's #1 lady Danica Patrick now that she has made the move from Indy Car! But I will admit I was not a F1 fan before joining GPRO, but in the last year have really started to follow and enjoy it!
That´s leads to one of the main question, GPRO. When was your first look at this game?
A: Wow that would have been midway through season 14 race 8 at Imola!
Was it love at first sight or did you ever thought of quitting?
A: Can't remember what it was that made me find GPRO! As I'm not a big fan of manager games in general I wasn't sure it was a game for me! I played through season 15 and then left the game because I moved and didn't have internet there! Then in late June of last year! I got a reminder email from GPRO that season 26 was about to start! I thought to myself hmm, had fun just playing around the last time I played, why not and I reactivated my account! Wow if I only know then how truly addictive this game would be, One year later and I now can't get enough of it!
What was the proudest moment on GPRO for you?
A: I have a few but if I have to pick just one I would have to say it would be this season Race 2 at Zolder were I scored my first Amateur podium!
When did you join Rookie Racers?
A: I joined Rookie Racers when I came back from retirement season 26 Race 1!
When did you become leader of Rookie Racers?
A: I officially become leader of Rookie Racers season 27 Race 7!
Now as General Manager of Rookie Racers family, how do you see the team´s progress so far?
A: Wow to think that in just 1 year (4 seasons), that Rookie Racers has become what it is now is crazy! I won't lie it even shocks me! When I joined it was not much of true team to be honest! No real communication, just a few data post by Andrew in the team forum! I even considered leaving after just a few races with the team. But then I thought that I could make Rookie Racers a real team! Race by race I started to take over more of the role as leader. Getting the members talking about the game more and posting data! We moved our forum to Facebook at the start of season 27 and that is when the team started to really jell and make great improvements! By the beginning of season 29 we had too much data and conversations in Facebook to keep it all organized, so we moved all the data to our new and current home at Rookie Racers.com, also season 29 seen the birth of RRA, to expand and help progress the team even more! Those were the best two things we could have done! We have gotten stronger and stronger each season and currently are on mark to break the team records again this season! And we have no plans to stop anytime soon, so top team better be on the lookout for us in the coming seasons!
The final question, and an obvious one. What are your short and long term goals? Both personal and Team.
A: I'll start off with my personal goals! My short term goal is to promote to Pro by the end of season 32! My long term goal is to make it to Elite and fight for the GPRO Championship! As for team goals short term is to continue the hard work and finish season 31 in the top 100 in the team standings, long term goal is to win the team championship and become a regular top 10 team in GPRO!
In closing I would like to thank everyone that has supported or help progress not only my own career here on GPRO but that of Rookie Racers too! You know who you are!

He's an exciting person, his team is therefore like Red Bull, if I win again we're all jumping in the pool naked.
