I'm new to this game but have been around racing all my life. I have gotten off to a slow (setting my risks way to high)start but believe i am set up well for the start of the new season. the one thing i haven't procured yet is the chance to show loyalty to a team. if there is a mature team out there that is willing to take a chance let me know I'm your man Im in rookie 111 sitting on grid :)

Hey i work for Honda racing, just recently discovered this game.Love it,I'd like to join a team who can help me with the ins n outs of the game,In return i offer my services in Race stratagies,car setups etc,...oh and my insane sense of humour :) thnks ppl

Just some advice. A prospect really needs to approach a team leader or the recruiter and tell them WHY you want to join their team. If someone just wants to join ANY team, I would probably turn them down, I want to know that the person joining our team has integrity and wont just up and leave if a better offer comes along.

Hi, I'm Jack :)
I am a new rookie with just 3 races experiance, however I am learning the basics fast and collecting data ready for a serious bid for promotion to amateur in season 16. I have only 3 points so far, after experimenting with each race and having one of the worst cars in the league (due to joining late). I am a non-supporter, but an active GPRO manager.
I am looking forward to be joining a team :)

Hi, I am looking for a team as well. It would be great to exchange thoughts etc. on the game with others. Maybe there is a German Team around here?
Anyway, this is my frist season and I am currently trying to figure out best racing strategies, tyres, setups etc. by testing several different things. I am just fokusing on gaining experience in the game to promote next season.

I think its time for another dose of...team recruitment suggestions....
If you are looking for a team, by all means post here, but please dont do so day after day & week after week.
If you really want a team, then I suggest looking to see what teams are actively recruiting, and then doing whatever is suggested in their recruitment threads, usually that means sending a PM to an appropriate person explaining why you should be allowed to join that team.
there are far far more managers without a team playing, than there are spaces in teams, so why should the team do the asking, if you want to join a team, its time to start applying to them.

I am looking for a serious team to join. One that is willing to communicate for the same goal, success. I have taken Mr. Ashfords advice and sent PM's to few teams asking them to take me to the next level but finding a team like that at my current level is not an easy task. My current team is in a rebuilding phase and I want to keep moving forward. My only guarantee to any team interested is that I come ready and determined to learn from managers that have the experience and time invested in this game. Hopefully there is a team out there that is ready to give me a chance. Please PM me and I will answer any questions that you may have because I have nothing to hide. Thanks and I hope someone takes this seriously and gives me a chance.

Anyway, I always find it somewhat incredulous when a non supporter manager wants to join a team with its own livery, even though that means the team has to have a certain number of supporters already.
the only thing worse than that is a team recruiting looking only for supporters when the existing members (or team leader) are not supporters themselves.
Anyway, rant over.
