We're creeping toward the top 30 in the standings, currently ranked 38th. This is a good motivation for the team, who have all worked very hard to continue this charge up the game groups.
Moving on, I would just like to give this a quick bump and remind all managers interested that the application deadline will be in 2 races time. Don't miss your opportunity as potentially becoming a member of Ignition! :)

We would like to announce we are publicly recruiting for someone very special to become a suitable candidate for the #10 slot in the team. We have already had a few managers who have applied and they will still be considered once we begin voting.
What we can offer you:
- An enormous amount of data, guides, tips, spreadsheets & files. A team website is currently being developed.
- A very active, well organized (in-game) team forum.
- Majority of us being very helpful, active & friendly teammates who are willing to develop as a team together.
What we will require from you:
- A basic understanding of the game and/or at least one season experience;
- Be active in-game, on the forums and also communicating with team members;
- Being a supporter will give you a huge advantage, mainly because of the features it gives us (such as the team forum), but, if you are not a supporter, your application will still be considered on it's merits, so you still have a chance of getting in;
- Sharing of all data will be paramount to achieve our goals and promote a good team spirit. To this end, the team use GO (GPRO Organizer) and/or store all data on spreadsheets;

We would like to welcome to the team: Ramon Lopez! He is the game's 2nd richest manager and richest in Amateur, he offered a very well written application and adds some colour to the Ignition ranks.

Ramon has nearly finished sweeping the floor for us while we continue to drop our crums on the ground, along with new meals from time to time, but he's not complaning. :D
We will have another spot opening up as Kevin stated above at any moment between now and the next couple of races, so sending in your application now could be a good headstart for you.

Ignition member Ben Hodgskiss has unfortunately left GPRO and as a result Ignition has a free spot once again.
We are looking for somebody very special to join us this time and someone with high Excel or data manipulation skills (meaning they can create formulas from large chunks of data) will have a huge advantage in how the team votes for you.

Just letting everybody know that we have set a deadline that will be met at the end of Race 14. After that will will commence voting and hopefully will have made a decision before Race 15. We don't need an expert but we prefer someone who can help us developing some sheets!!!In this game, excel skills are very important and useful!Most of the GPRO teams prefer managers with some excel skills!!;)!!

We have made some inroads in some formulas but there is still many more to be discovered, and what we're after is someone who can help us find them at a quicker rate.
Ben was great when he had time, it's a real shame he had to leave the game due to a lack of it. But looking at these current applications those shoes could be a perfect fit to a possible new teammate.
Which brings me to the next topic: Don't forget that the deadline for applications is at the end of this race (R14)! - Anyone who sends one after that will not be considered.
