Ok were into the seventh day of our recruitment and have already got some applications ,but are looking for more,deadlines till race 7 so ul have ample time to get your applications in 3-4 more races ,so ul really nt wanna miss out on this chance otherwisee ul regret ,it there wont be opening for a long time unless personal life issues crop up again.the progress the team has made is an attribute to the data ,the members actiivity and everyones dedication ,and to those who think this is one push season for many members will see next season that we just didnt score because of that.

Well the dawn of another day brings forth another bump, just a simple bump today ,black and gold has maintained its top 30 position and has entered round two of the gpro teams cup which would nt be possible without the activity motivation and passion of the current members,were keen on improving our this seasons perfromance and being a notch above next season what u can expect from this team is regular disucssion of race tactics race analysis unity on making tools collecting data,a very vibrant internal forum avg 45-50 posts per race [quality posts ] abg 680-700 posts on the race thread during the entire course of the season and many other on the other thread,this is ur last chance to be a part of this team on the rise , with race 7 nearing ul really dnt wanna blow this oppurtunity and be a part of this team which is an epitome of consisitency

Recruitment bump
One of the members who was selected to replace nik crni through the last recruitment process wont be able to guarantee us long term committment because of personal life issues ,so it was decided that we would look for a new member
For us this means we are continuing our recruitment process.

This is the first time Team Evolution will be recruiting since season 24,we have one spot vacant for a worthy manager.
Evolution initially started as a sister team in the black family,due to disputes we split to become a single team, since then evolution has not looked back striving to achieve greater heights, our performance in the last 2 seasons has not been a true reflection of this teams calibre, but the the hardwork done will be seen in the coming seasons.
Now coming to the point,what do we require from an evolutioner or a person aspiring to become an evolutioner...
Requirements
1- ACTIVITY: It's the one word that defines Evolution! Evolution simply thrives on activity,when I say the word activity what does it mean /signify? Not spending hours and hours doing rubbish on gpro,spending limited time ,but regularly posting the require data and other things in the team forum.
The team forum is a vital cog in the wheel as far as evolutions concerned!
Missing races is dealt with very strictly unless it is due to a serious issue.
2- POSTING: You must not just be active on the race thread but also on the general forums and things of particular interests ,posting of CDP(Compulsory data posting) is a must!!!
3A- HAVE A BASIC UNDERSTANDING OF GPRO: The game you are playing, your concepts should be clear ,ideally we want to spend less time on nooby issues but that doesnt mean no aid. help will be provided at all levels when required.
3B- MINMUM OF 2 SEASON EXPERIENCE: This doesn't rule out
newcomers, so for newcomers that display sparks of potential and talent, apply and you may have a chance of being accepted!
4- TEAM PLAYER: Always take team advice into consideration while making your own decisions, you should be willing to cooperate ,make suggestons on how to better Evolution. Basically we don't want a person who's in his own world.
5- BECOME A SUPPORTER: This is important because of how bigger role the internal team forum play's in the success of Evolution. So being a supporter is a MASSIVE advantage!!!
6- NO TEAM HOPPERS: You are not welcome ,we really hate team hoppers ,ideally we want someone who will have the tenacity to last for a long time! If you go to Evolutions team profile page you will see that 7 of our members have been with us for 6 seasons and have unlocked the team loyalty award with us! When members join they stay for a long time. We expect people who join Evolution to be loyal and stay with us for a long time, not just a few mere seasons.
7- USE GO: Although not compulsory se do strongly advise the use of this fantastic tool to aid in your data collecting.
8- KNOW THE BASICS OF EDEXCEl: Evolution has it's own Excel wizards eg. (Dariusz Platek) he makes all of our tools and a lot of them are Excel based so it will be an advantage for you if you know the basics of excel although help will always be at hand!
Also excel is very useful for data storage purposes.majority of our members operate on excel.
WHAT EVOLUTION CAN OFFER YOU:
1- Since it was created has finished consistently in the top 100! 6 top 100 finishes, finsihing 29th in season 24 and bettering that by 22nd in season 25, this season (28) we will be the strongest we have ever been!with 1 amateur promoting pro,3 pros heading masters and 1 master bound elite,total 5 promoters ,enough for a top 10 finish

4- Show your commitment and dedication levels to GPRO. Assure us that you will be active, post in ALLof the CDP topics and that you will NOT leak any of our DATA!
5-Computer Skills. Please explain any computer skills you have that may be of use to the team for assisting Dariusz and cowith tool making etc.
