If You can't improve money and position on the grid here in ama...in pro u don't have any chance...
So improve here in ama! Maybe something you doing is wrong...ask team, ask others...buy good drivers, train, sign sponsors that fit your play, make good setup for car, clever strategy, push when when u can achieve points, upgrade and downgrade car clever...don't waist money for nothing...learn to play better!

I disagree. I think it can be good to reset maybe once in your career. Of course it is a waste of time to reset all the time. But at the start when you are learning it is good to reset once you have a better understanding. Having said that, I am thinking of a few seasons ago (the first time I started playing). I think amateur level is more stable now than it was then...

if he doesnt know what went wrong, reset wont help him anyway. and if he does know, then he can fix it in Amateur ;)

Well at Monza I couldn't even put the right amount of fuel in, so what do I know :p

In this season i was wrong and only G. Bertulis was a good strike and only he will be promote from my list of managers (A. Woods, G. Bertulis, L. Fois).
I would like to condratylate to Jeacock it was very good season for You and also to Istern, Bertulis and Gouveia for your promotion to next level :).
Next race propably for all of us will be fight only to finish race.

This season is going to be tough after the Oval, with 2 tracks at 400+ part wear, 4 more at 300+, and 1 engine killer. I can see a lot of us smoking from race 10.

Oh well, I've had my bit of fun this season, but with a new young driver, I'll be struggling for a while. Hopefully, I can get him trained up for a promotion push in season 80.

But I see that Q1 and Q2 isnt good for you Adrian. It was misteake or you have some strategy in it.
