Correct me if I'm wrong, but when you win the 4 times, you were the manager with the lowest staff, compared with the competition....werent you?
So Staff could have some importance.....but isn´t "the" excuse for failure.

Yes but drivers made much more of a difference back then. Now all the frontrunning drivers in elite are essentially the same you need the package.
I know what Toygun's package looks like (ooooh err). I know what mine looks like and I can tell you the difference is more or less entirely in non trainable staff attributes. And the difference is huge.

if competition is Leandro, Toygun, Zdenek then I definitelly had lowest staff skills (those gained by testing). But probably highest trainable skills. Not sure about Rimantas and some others. Compared to Leandro I had ridicilously less test staff skills. He mentioned he is nearing 100 and I had like 50 or so :D (cant remember). And I must say that probably I had best pits in elite or similar to Leandro (depending on some other factors as well).
So if extra 50 of nontrainable staff skills were not giving noticable difference (maybe Leandro sticked to way lower trainable skills, I dont know, then I would say that those nontrainable staff skills are a bit important of course but far from being my biggest concern

Very easy win for a four time champion in first race, although seeing this race Q, Wayne Jakes don't like short runs.
