well, i didn't change my strategy all season long. and i'm not complaining one bit to the final result. it'll be my first time to Masters. :-)

I don't see what the big issue is really, its not like he's snatched promotion from you Marco. You aren't even close to him on track usually so its not like hes destroying your races. I got blocked for the entire Ahvenisto race by Stanislav but I'm not complaining because I enjoyed it. Its a game, lighten up and have fun, if you don't like being beaten by people on michis then get a competitive package and beat them.

Marco is unhappy because Stanislav wasn't gentleman to him this season :)

i want to thank Stanislav. i really think i would have made a hugely solid run next season, but this took that completely out of the question.

Stanislav, yourself, Pavel and Sandor have been great benchmarks this season for the rest of us building to a promo push so thank you to all 4 of you. Its been great racing against you (or trying to ;]). I wish you the best of luck in Master or the longer run that Stanislavs taking. :)

well, promotion isn't a sure thing. it will depend on what Stanislav does in this last race. let's suppose, for sake of argument, he finishes 1st in group. that's an $18m bonus. that only leaves him $7m short of finishing in the positive. we know he's got three sponsors. a modest guess of $1.3m for his sponsors. that means he only needs to make about $5.7m in the race to finish positive in funds and promote to Masters with very little money. i guess i'll find out for sure after friday's race. ;-)

I doubt he’ll be going up, I think I know what his long term plan is. Plus going up with that little cash into Master would have absolutely no benefit both short term and long term except for a promotion sponsor which may not even be worth the season of poor results.
But he may surprise us ;)

Rick, as I said before the start of the season, my balance will remain negative, for this I will spend some more money before the next race :)

As the oldest member of this group (since Season 60) i can welcome all the new managers, and specially our 2 swedish masters ;)
this group had a high level (very dense), and it's more difficult to make money. But because of that, a lot of good players finished negative, and the level is maybe now lower !
So good luck to all and take care of your money ;)
