I wonder Stefan why you really changed the test track, I haven't seen that clearly from any of your earlier statements? I know a lot of managers are whining about an expensive test track, but really, that's the same for all of us.
I thought this game was about best managing your complete package (including the testing and cash) no matter what the conditions are. I just hope this isn't a step towards simplifying the game, and removing complexity just because some managers cry out here.

The tradeoff for a cheaper test track is that all 17 races will have 50% rain probability for all 4 sessions.

I don't see any steps towards anything. For umpteen seasons the test track has been selected from rather cheap tracks, so if anything, Bremgarten would have been a step towards something. I have nothing against moving testing towards a bit more expensive tracks, but after a long history of cheap test tracks people have learned to plan their seasons around a cheap test track. Having them vary more would add variation and unpredictability, but might also put people at different stages of their plans at different positions. Though I'd rather have that than race ending randoms. And as said, I wouldn't mind if the top 10 cheapest tracks were taken their test track gradings away.

If I calculated right, GPRO has now 60 tracks. Why not have shortest (or cheapest) part of tracks as a possibility to be a test track? Like 40 cheapest tracks as of now? Perhaps even announce it? Then managers could plan by it, Hoping for the best or worst. Or it could be 60% of most expensive tracks? If there would be some range where managers planning there future could trust in future, I think it would help. Test track going from 0 -> 100 doesn't help many. Personally I don't care, but some may.

...the Extra Points Character must produce from the Total Testing Kilometers.!!!
...Not the testing Laps.!!! ...one Track has 3,0 Kilometers other 5,0 other 7,0.!!! ...So this Method is Mathematically Unorthodox.!!!
- If the GPRO do that, We Can Use Any Track to Testing.!!! ...even with one Lap of 305 Km.-
...so Simple.-

I don´t see where were the problem with Bremgarten. If it is too expensive than make 50 laps testing and not 100. It is important that the testing points are distributed on kilometers and not on number of laps. On the other side if it´s expensive, it´s expensive for everyone.
Another idea is to make an home track for every manager parallel to the test track, so everyone can choose if he wants to test on the home base track or go to the official test track.
Let´s say that every manager choose once a home track that remains for him, like Fiorano is for Ferrari.

You are right Ioannis, that the rich manager could do more testing than the poor one.
But it should be ok, thay have managed in long periods of good planing to earn all this money.
And therefor a home track that dont cost 1Mio for every testing could be a solution. So if you have the money go to the official one, if not, stay at home and do the testing there.

Everybody have same opportunities to earn money, so yes it is really equal for all.

We all started from 30M in rookie. It's not the rich's fault they did better than the poor at managing money. We've all had equal opportunity here.

It is managing game and the economic is very important part of managing games too. There are lot of possibilities to earn money, not only burning laps. I finish races without burning and know to save money too. So I think system of game is good.
If you try, experiment and fight you have different experiences and advantages, than managers who aim to collect money. Nobody can have everything. There is many way to play this game.
So more enjoying of game and less complainig please, there are really equal rules and possibilities for everybody.

You moan about the test track however it's the same for everyone. Everyone is in the same boat with the test track however bad the wear is and some people can handle it better and plan it better than others, that is what a management game is about. So what if the track was really bad wear, everyone has the same track and you have to deal with it in the best possible way

We might as well have the same argument about the season calendar.
It is not fair that people get an 'easy' season for promotion while others get a 'hard' season, every season should be the same so that everyone has the same planning possibilities.
Obviously I don't believe this, I am just extending the current (silly) test track argument. 😛
Test tracks come and go, but the whining goes on forever.
