Mira, si lo quieres enteder bien y sino deja de contestarme. Tu ves logico que te suba la reputacion a un piloto que lleva quedando el ultimo durante 17 carreras? Si Messi no ganara ningun partido durante una temporada no creo que luego le fueran a pagar mas.

He is trying to explain to you but you are so angry that you are not trying to understand what he is saying and the reason why that rule is in there, so angry that you are not bothering to translate at all.

So let's put an example with Messi, and not about him making goals more related to what has happened to you...

Imagine that Cataluña gains it's independence but nobody in Europe recognizes it. Since they are no longer part of Spain they can't play in the Spanish League,and not other league in Europe will take them due the political issues and their own rules (not many other team would like to play against Barcelona with Messi).

But Messi can't leave because he's tied up with a contract with Barcelona.

But the MLS in the US says, come here you can play in the US. Barcelona says, well it is not like the Spanish league it is much lower, but they are going to give us a stadium, the ticket prices are much higher and above all tax incentives.

So Barcelona moves to the US and they take Messi to play in that league. Messi knows he is not being forced, but the team needs the money so he can play badly get "injured" and not play or demand a bigger salary or incentives to the team.

That is more similar to what happened with your driver, you forced him into a lower league and he is demanding more money since he knows he is a Master driver (As you said) in a Pro league

Si nos ponemos tan realistas por que no podemos elegir varios tipos de neumáticos para la carrera por poner un ejemplo o como un piloto no recupera la energía entre carreras sin tener q entrenar spa o somos realistas para lo que nos interesa ?
Pienso que se están cargando el juego pero solo es mi opinión

You know that we both have Spanish as our native language but the main forum should be in English.

There is a reason why we only use one compound during the race if not there are countless threads about it, there is no benefit.

Also as many say this is not F1, and long time ago in F1 they only used one compound and in many categories it is the same.

My driver recovers his energy between the races, so you don´t need SPA, in fact I have only used once SPA and it was not to recover energy.

This is an administration game and Energy is one more variable to control.
You have been here long enough to know why SPA was introduced to the game and why many think it should be removed or modified.


The reason why this happened is to be fair as possible to other players and reduce drivers that no one will hire in Master due to OA just to use them in Pro

I'm sure more managers would be unhappy if this was allowed too much (same guys demoting from MAster to Pro, then promoting to Master to relagate to Pro and so on.)

and what is the problem in signing up for a pilot in order to do that in order to endure the economy that makes it harder and harder instead of improving in other aspects, as I mentioned that tires could choose different compounds in the race would be much more interesting the races but I imagine that it will be easier to change taxes when you go down or when you have a lot of money or that your pilot if you go down with him asks you a million more salary to have to change other things so that they follow me in that line

He's won 25% of the races he's ever competed, if that's not Messi territory I don't know what is. If you think he's shit then don't re-sign him..

What you're missing is that his Rep was much higher. Then when he first raced in Master (under the previous manager) he lost a lot. Now you take him back to Pro, he regained some of it. He still has significantly less than at the end of S63 (ie. when he was still just a Pro driver).
