So I finally broke the top 10. Still 0 pts, after a 9th place finish but much happier with my strategy.
Has given me a good learning, though. I need to invest in my driver.
But good game. Looking forward to rising up in the next few seasons, though I think this one is going to take some time!

As a fellow noob, I can tell it only gets better. My first season was shite, the second one was somehow not so bad and this one is definitely better than the previous one.

Meh, 10 again. Messed up in race AGAIN.
Some part of figuring things out are almost impossible without past data on the races...

So first points yesterday, 3 of them!
And I didn't get my fuel perfect - waay too much.
So that bodes well for the future.
Getting to grips with the systems, but a long way off the top players in Rookie, still.
Need to figure out how wing splits work for me next, I think. Played around with exact settings in practice for the last race, to find a more accurate setup and it seemed to work. Was comfortably 6th fastest - a long way off the top 5, a long way ahead of 7th.
Here's to more learnings and a lot of points to come!

I think there are other things you should learn before wing splits. Since I still don't know how wing split works. :D

yeah you’re probably right. I’m going to check on drivers, too, but as I can only change that next season I need to concentrate on the things I can change. So setup.
tyre choice is ok I think, getting to grips with that, fuel needs a little work but I need data for that.

Never too early to work on wings split!
And working on it, one should never forget that in geometry of planar curves, a vertex is a point of where the first derivative of curvature is zero.
