Hello, I'm looking for a team that communicates well, shares data efficiently and (ideally) has 6 or more supporters. I have three and a half seasons of experience behind me, which may not seem like a lot, but I'm a very active player and I feel that I can make a strong, positive contribution to the team.

As a Team Leader of a team on the outskirts of the Top 20 who are currently recruiting it must be said that the 3 posts there are not good enough by a long shot.
Remember that you are Rookies, which automatically means that you probably have less experience, are probably less committed to the game and will be worth less to a team, if only from a purely points-based outlook. Your attraction is therefore based solely on the potential you bring to the team...what you could achieve.
The best ways of doing this are as follows:
Certification Test - We know YOU know something about GPRO and aren't a complete muppet.
Supporter - We know YOU won't stop playing next week as you are invested in the game. And to have money to spend on the game you must have done something right in life and thus must not be a complete muppet...
Hours Spent on GPRO per Race - We know YOU spend time on the forums, on the game itself and in the community...if we recognise your face and name for the right reasons then there's a far higher chance we'll consider your application. And we'll know by then that you're not a complete muppet.
Upload a Photo - Will only take a few moments to do, and you'll appear far more memorable than just a name (especially if you are English...too many faceless newbs about these parts IMO). And then we'll be able to see that you aren't an actual muppet.
Well worded application PM/advertisement post - We know YOU can communicate well enough to exchange information with you and to have an amicable conversation with you. Which all in all proves you are not a complete muppet.
If you can accomplish all of the above things then it is FAR more likely a team will consider your application...hope that helps some of you prospective rookies, and good luck to all your applications with any team.
Oh and if you had to look up more than 5 of the above words/didn't understand the gist of any of the points mentioned above then please don't apply to Versant Racing...no offence, but you're just not versant enough for us :)

I had some experıence from last season and I guess I learned the most ımportant things.
İ am not a supporter but I am looking forward to be one.
As for my aim next season is scoring some points and why not try the promote.

well next season i will be in rookie, i had to take this season off because of some personal problems, i was suposed to come back in season 18 but i really cant stay away fromt this game for to long.... so i will be back in season 17 with full energy.
so if anyone is interested in me! which i think not!.. please let me know! i would like to have a team in the first race of next season =)

I would like to join a decent team. Although rookie I still feel that there are some things I could contribute to advance team knowledge. My excel skills are advanced, if you get me motivated enough I could even run regressions in stata or sth like this. But obvioulsy I also want to learn about game from your knowledge first. And have some fun.
Though newbie I already decided to stick around quite some time. There is only 1 web based sports game I ever played and I am running out of challenges there. Concept of gpro.se is challenging and my goals are high. PM if you would consider me as a new team member, preferably soon. Oh and please do not force me to pass certification test, I want those millions saved for next season when my goal is to promote .

Hi, I am searching for a team next season.
I already have a team, but planning on quiting because of little comunication between members.
This season I hopefully will promote, if not on regular promotions from the leauge, on additional promotions. Goal for next season if I promote, is to stay in amateur. I have a couple of seasons behind me and I'm willing to chear my strategies to other team members. I'm particepating in every race of the season. Please pm me if you are intrested.

I think its time for another dose of...team recruitment suggestions....If you are looking for a team, by all means post here, but please dont do so day after day & week after week.If you really want a team, then I suggest looking to see what teams are actively recruiting, and then doing whatever is suggested in their recruitment threads, usually that means sending a PM to an appropriate person explaining why you should be allowed to join that team.there are far far more managers without a team playing, than there are spaces in teams, so why should the team do the asking, if you want to join a team, its time to start applying to them.
