Hi everybody.
Just landing here. I cant see other tyres than extra soft, so for the race I had to select extra soft. Where can I change my tyres?
An also, is there any place where I can see the fuel and tyre consumption by circuit?
Tks

You select tyres for qualifying 1 and you use them all race week then :)
/TrackDetails.asp?id=29
Tyre and fuel cons there, you can always check by clicking left from the timer before next race.. Or then at Practice/Qualify 1 page go to track details.

Where can you change your tyres? In the pits like everyone else ;)
There's a pulldown when you practice and qualify. You have to race on the same tyres you use in Q1, except for the use of rain tyres.

An also, is there any place where I can see the fuel and tyre consumption by circuit? You can't see it. You only see an assumption in the track details. You have to collect that data on yourself.

Qualifying 1
Remember that the dry compound you select now is the only dry compound you will be able to use during Q2 and the race (i.e. you cannot use Extra Soft tyres for Q1, then use Medium for Q2 or the race). http://wiki./index.php/Qualifying

In practice in Q1 and in Q2 is only extra soft and rain and nothing else sorry There is a button next to the tyre choice, click it and there is extra options, if you do this before you make the Q1 lap. Whichever hardness of the tyre you choose is what you start with, unless you start in the rain, then the tyre would be a rain tyre.
Edit: JUST IGNORE THIS, as it was stated in the previous post in a shorter verse.

I understand ... but only those two options are exstra soft and rain where is medium, hard... You did Q1 using Extra Soft tyres.
The dry compound you choose for Q1 is the ONLY dry compound you can use during Q2 and the race.

Since this is a management game, and NOT a simulator, strategy is everything. In simulators, you blaze your own path around the track, and you control your own destiny. Therefore, you can use whatever tyre combos you wanna use.
Here, you control a small part of your own destiny through your setups and race strategy, in addition to your staff, HQ, driver choice, and car care. If you sign a poor driver, blow all of your money on the team before the season opener, and then have a few bad races, parts damage becomes financial damage, which becomes season and promo damage (which I've never received due to poor strategy) and you're stuck back to square one, wondering what did you do wrong. I know because, in each of my five seasons, I failed to finish above the zero dollar mark, getting increased debt with each season due to bad judgement calls.
How you get to the top is up to you, but making the right tyre call is an aid you can use.

Dunnolops few seasons back were the kings in pro,a slight update and change in warm up distance got more and more yokos in the fray and badyears looked ominous, i personally thought badyears had a chance of becoming the dominant tyre, but the price update has almost koed them from pro,its back to yokos and dunnolops, wont be surprised if dunnolops again become the majority like it was in past seasons.

That's not a problem. Just be careful what tyres you're selecting for Q1.
