last season's spending is still listed
Weirdly my own is listed there correctly. (I am in the skip a few section where it shows your position down at the bottom). However all the top 100 seem to be from last season.
Wonder if it only switches over when people actually spend something?

Yeah looks like those who have spent money have correct amounts. Was wondering how the hell Jan had a 2mil elite title prep season :P

Oh gosh, they deleted Emmanuel Manfre.... Nevermind, he picked his pip... I mean, tires.

Quote ( Jasper Coosemans @ May 23rd 2021,17:35:12 ) last season's spending is still listed That's how it actually should be.
IMHO people shouldn't be able to look at what others are doing during pre-season time. IMHO that list should be updated only at qualifying deadline.

Let's not confuse how things should be with how you'd like to see things, Mikko.
Obviously the seasson expenditures ranking should not list last season's spending. But great job at reaching that far for something to make your point.

It is actually listing some of this season's spending and some of last season's. Yup, that totally looks as it should be.
By the way, as long as current money balances are public, having this list only update at qualifying deadline would be a disadvantage to anyone who couldn't be online during the season reset.

Easy fix: Update the current money list also at qualify deadline (instead of instant "live" updates ever minute/hour) Note: meant mainly for the first race of the season (in the same way as tyre choice is)

] disadvantage to anyone who couldn't be online during the season reset.
Speaking of that, let's bring up a "bug" of sorts. Features which are unfunctional and redundant due to the quick resets
First off: Last race update: May 21st 2021, 22:24:28 Season reset: May 22nd 2021, 21:37:54
That's less than 24 hours, which means that the full "season Economy History" (download) is available for only those who can be online during a very specific and very short period of time.
Anyone who can't be online during those 23 hours will miss the chance of getting the full seasons economy history. Right now it shows "No transactions recorded"
Having that said: The season is approximately 64 days End of S80: Mar 20th 2021 End of S81: May 22nd 2021
So... One could suggest changing the economy history to show "past 70* days" instead of locking it to season. (number just an example) How did I arrive to 70 days ? The season lenght may vary a bit, and then there are a couple days after reset before 1st market. That should give some "tolerance" on top of the accurate amount of days and make the features usable for all.
IF/when one downloads the excel, one can just remove the few excess days (if there are some), that's better than having "no transactions" at all, just because one could not be online during specific 23 hours time
I'd add that the transactions listed under "Season 81 - End of season" (so things like team bonus, taxes, relegation S&F selling) are not listed in any downloadable sheet, as they are created during the reset (so not available before the reset) but are not a part of the current season (so not available now).

I might be confusing things but my economical history goes as far as season 79...

Ah! Ok thanks for clearing that out :)

Or just "Download Last Season Economic History"?

This morning around 7 a.m. CET I was doing quali and DE dropped to 88%. Now it's only at 93%.
Is this okay or is it a bug?
That's normal. Did you use high risks in qualy? The more you use, the more DE it costs. :)
E: Had you run quali earlier, you would have recovered the DE.
Also, you might note that after season reset and before race 1 the recovery rate can be a bit slower than during season.

It's normal, it's a Race 1 thing.

I used to the limit this time.
I have used this several times and never had such a large drop and never had DE increase so slowly.
thanks for answering :)
This is a DE devouring track. :( EDIT: (drop)
The drop and the recovery are two different things ;)
However, I don't recall a previous DE drop greater than 9% and such a slow increase at the same time.
I understand now that this is the 1st race of the season and has different rules. :)
I'll keep that in mind - thanks
