Since when was this a thing? I’m sure I’ve seen drivers overtaking on pit exit during qualifying

There are meetings with the drivers every race weekend to discuss and define those limits. Pit exist is different from track to track and, therefore, I assume different rules as well.

It's specific to this track because of how narrow the tunnel is. Hulk is my favourite driver but unfortunately this one is on him. However I'm a bit annoyed at the inconsistency given Verschoor did the same thing in F2 qualifying and only got a reprimand rather than a penalty.
