Well, this would be a great S2! If you get the time, this would be awesome.

And if there is time I'd like to take over Faenza (be the manager).

Would be unfair to those drivers driving for them.

And so what? Don't create 13 teams then, regardless of the joining driversxD

TRAINING AND SALARY

You'll all start with a basic 1.500.000£ salary, your minimum salary then will increase based on your performances and skills, the maximum salary for a Driver will be 15.000.000£

Training will take place once the season is over

You'll have 4 free training points to use, extra training points can be purchased:

Training Cost:

1 Point will Cost 500.000£->once the sum of your skills passes 100 (excluding Motivation), cost will increase to 800.000£ and you won't have anymore free training points.

Getting a skill to his highest will cost more, to get to 18 and 19, will cost you 1.000.000£ each time, to get to 20 it will cost 1.500.000£

MOTIVATION COST:
Each motivation point will cost you 100.000 till you get to 100 skill points, after that it will cost 300.000 till 130 and after 900.000

Traits Cost, after your first free trait, the 2nd will cost you 1.500.000, and then:
3rd and 4th 2.000.000, 5th and 6th 4.000.000,
To get further traits the Sum of you skills will need to be above 115 points (not counting motivation)
7th and 8th 5.000.000 and 9th 7.000.000

TD TRAINING!!
Quote ( Franco Dei Cas @ October 7th 2012,19:13:50 )

TRAINING AND SALARY

You'll all start with a basic minimum salary of 600.000£, then you can negotiate better salary over time, still the minimum salary you'll get will increase over time based on your reputation (Results) and your skills and traits. The Maximum Salary for a TD will be 6.000.000£

You'll have 3 free, Training Points at the end of each season, extra ones need to be bought with your salary.

Cost of training:

1 Skill Point: 200.000£ (Till the sum of your skill reaches 90, excluding motivation) after it will cost you 300.000£ and you'll get 0 free training points from then

To reach higher values in a certain skill will cost you more, to reach 18 and 19 will cost 400.000£, to get to 20 it will cost 600.000£

Buying your first extra trait will cost 600.000£
The second 1.500.000£
To unlock ther 3rd and 4th skills, the sum of your skills needs to be above 90
The third 2.000.000£
The Fourth will cost 4.000.000£

You cannot save money, you need to spend it all at the EoS in training, if for some reasons you are left with some little money, you must use it on one of your drivers to raise his motivation.

So a quick recap, all of you TDs had a 600.00 salary this season:

You have 3 free training points, so you have 2 options for the 600.000

You buy other 3 training points or you can buy a new trait! Mind that getting to 18 will cost you more! :)

Send me a PM with your training choice and remember that you cannot train experience :D
so we're going step by step and still waiting for TDs to end their training

Franco, when can we begin negotiations for next season? and, if you are serious about teams developing their own engines in season3, then when can we have that decision? I ask basically as it would influence who I would negotiate with first in season 2
