Normally yes, unless you just want to draw from the deck.

That's a legal move. :)

Reminder:
You can send moves by PM in advance, especially when it comes to drawing cards. For example:
"Draw red cards if any, if not, draw blue cards, if not, draw from deck"
"Draw multi-colour card, if not, draw from deck"
Just make it clear. :)
