Besides, if you complete the test successfully in the first 3 attempts, and before you've driven 17 GPRO races, you will receive a small financial bonus.

Well done!
I'll missed it the first time and then haven't bothered. Some of the questions was too irrelevant to the game.

I'm not sure if I am allowed to answer that... but "Where did the second official GPRO meeting take place?" Or something lika that.

Yes, now I remember it... Maybe with questions like that it is pretended the newbies learn how to use the search forum.

I think that question (and others like it) are meant to test your ability of doing research on the forum. Since the forum is part of GPRO, it makes sense to me that a question or 2 about it is perfectly fine, and it might even nudge a few people to post on this forum. :)

I've only done it once. And failed. Anyways, surely the criteria should be 20 questions right instead of 23?

Completing the test doesn't give you any additional benefits or unlock new content, so I'd say it's arbitrary how many correct answers you need to have. And considering that a lot of people have completed the test, then the answers aren't probably that difficult to find. That green checkmark next to a manager's name shows that they know how to navigate the site and its perceived difficulty is what determines its value.

TL;DR: I don't care what the threshold is or what it should be. :)

Way past 17 races!

To be quite honest the certificate test is more about putting the player into FOBY mode more than anything else :D If one has been on at least one forum before, they shouldn't have a hard time learning how to navigate through the site. If the certificate test was more of a tutorial it would give a little idea what driver comments mean, had a hard time the first couple of practices if a comment meant lower or higher. The information is on the internet, if you look for it, but it would be nice if it was included in what acts as the "first lesson" in the game!

it reallt surprises me that a manager with 18 races, currently can talk about FOBY, believe me that current FOBY is just a pale shadow of what it used to be.

I'm deeple amused about your comments about if the comments it o go up or down.

At least since season 14 when I joined this game there have been "?" next to each settings that give you feedback about that,

Originally it was in the rules and wiki, but know it is indicated on the Startup Tutorial that it seems if you faltered on this issue that you just breezed past it to remove that pesky yellow sign or just didn't read at all the tutorial.

The tutorial really functions as your first lesson, if you follow it, but if your idea of not having FOBY is to be spoon fed, that is your own choice

BTW I can probably assume you found the answers on the web too.
