As some of you may have seen we have lost a lot of members this past week! Although it is a big knock to the team we see it as an opportunity to breathe new life into new blood. We don't expect to be firing on all cylinders for a while as the rebuild and establishing ourselves again will no doubt take time.

So what are we looking for in a recruit?
1. Fluent English language skills, both reading and writing.
2. Activity/Motivation. Member must be active, both in terms of participating in every race, and on our forum. We expect the new member to join in strategy & gpro discussions, as well as all the non gpro talk on the forum!
3. Experience is not so key, motivation is the most important. So whether experienced or not send your application in.
4. Loyalty. Team hoppers...............no thank you.
5. Gpro supporter. We think we have a great livery and we want to keep it that way so it can be run in the races, so any new recruit will need to be a gpro supporter.
6. A well though out application, explaining about you, your gpro career and future plans, why you want to join us, what you can offer us, and why you have left your previous teams (if you were in any!)

Hey, i'd like to join with New Blood team, i'm very active player, get points every race and soon will be a supporter.I have some seasons of experience so in this running season i will get promoted from rookie to amateurs.

I`m no longer a team member of New Blood so pealse dont send me Your application any more.

Besides I strongly discourage or suggest consideration of this application, because present team leader ( in this moment Igor Lazarchuk ) is an idiot.

EDIT: To be specific, he rejected one of the best application what we have without any discussion in the team forum.
