It's based on Elite times mate, so everyone has the same weather in the same lap.
They never made it till 4th quarter ;) EDIT: And if they did, it takes some laps for temp to adapt. So it will never jump from 17 > 14

Temperature entering the quarter can be higher/lower than forcasted for that quarter. Just because the clock ticks over doesn't mean it immediately drops 3 degrees.
It was 17 entering the quarter, if the quarter had continued you would have seen a gradual drop in temp.

All is correct, it's simple seems you don't understand how the forcast works when in the 3rd quarter it's warmer then the 4th quarter.

weather is awful and bullshit in this game... i have a teammate who just decided to quit game because of this and he was a supporter. you should make it easier for weather and tire changes...

I am disappointed that for the first time in my career I have invested time to plan things properly, investigate opportunities by researching data and generally making an effort. Troll weather is making my effort worthless, in that time I could’ve exercised or learned a skill or looked for a girlfriend but instead I have 3 races messed up in a row!
admittedly tonight was also a random, at my FT...

After Kialami Season 62, any chance of rain between 1-99% means that anything can happen. Play heads or tails to decide the strategy and count on luck. And there is no point in complaining to ADMINs that they are the ones who least care about gpro. Anyone who thinks it's bad, just abandon it, because random, the lottery, is everything ADMINS likes most. This will never change. It may even get worse, with more and more random over time. With less random, I doubt it.

I thought about betting on rain setup today. It was possible to rain 40-50 laps in Kaunas. Before the season 62, it would be impossible. After season 62, it is normal.

I like it.
We need more lotto races. Not only does it make the race more interesting, it gets the forum going to win-win.
Plus, its really funny to watch all the folks complaining like they are the only ones impacted by the weather. Last I checked the weather was the same for everyone.
BTW, I have a strongly supported theory that it's not actually rain coming down...... just the tears of a bunch of losers :P

GPRO is having its revenge from last season...which was really dry!
|

you know what the problem really is..... last season ppl were complaining "oh all these dry races makes it so preditcable", now GPRO spiced it up a bit and still ppl complain.....
I dont say i like these rain races, because 90% of the time i predict it wrong, but it makes the game really fun and unpredictable, better then these boring dry races.
and for those who complain, if you dont like it play checker or go knitting some socks...

I will summarize this topic so the new players don't have to read all the 13.500+ posts:
If it's dry for a few races: When can rain? The admins have destroyed my season strategy for chosing tyres with good rain attributes!
If it's rainning for a few races: When can dry? The admins have destroyed my season for chosing tyres with good dry attributes!
If it's rainning intermitently for a few races: When can change game engine? The admins have destroyed my perfect race strategy because of lottery weather!!
