Once in 62 seasons occurrence i.e. 1000 ish races
Don't know how many of them had mixed weather predicted

It could have been better, but I guess it was a good thing I picked softs instead of extra softs so I did one less stop than a few people, so I wasn't entirely screwed. But I would like my first points of the season please, because I am clearly deserving.

Yes. Once every 62 seasons.
I am thinking of quitting as I am not happy with the percentage of 62(seasons) x 17(races)= 1054 races total that have normal weather.
I prefer to stick my head into tonight's race that cost me the "heavy duty" achievement.
Grow up people.
If what you say is correct (never seen this before) then it's 1 / 1050 races.

I mean, isn't the main problem that the weather system in GPRO has always been...a bit incomprehensible and stupid?
I find is surprising that when I came back to the game that the weather system had not changed to make it a little easier to understand.
Maybe it took a freak result like this to really show that the system has always been broken.

This is called a scam or deliberately induced misconception. Fraud is the reason for the cancellation of the contract.

The number of times I have told myself and others "it is only a game" however, as a player who keeps records of his races, tries so hard to work things out for myself, supports the game by always buying credits instances like this do nothing to make wme want to repeat any of those things.
I spend ages on planning, trying to understand it all and then this.
Tonight I think I won't even bother working and saving past events/races, after all it IS only a game!

Look on the bright side, the next race looks like a total lottery so guaranteed 100% rain...

I got pretty *cked over by the weather there but, to be honest, I'm mostly just pleased to have witnessed some <10% weather actually happening. Should be a bit more regular, really

Come on people let's not be too harsh. Most would have started the race assuming it will be 100% rain. If weather stated it was 100% then let's start on it, but truth is in the pudding. Even on the other end if its 1 to 5% chance it will rain you can assume a probability it may do. Everyone racing today had the same probability and everyone should make they're best choices in case it happens. Let's not slate the game because it didn't go to you're plans. Take positive from it and adapt future racing in case it happens again .

Finding all the negative feedback from seasoned pro's a little bit crap really!
All we can do, all we have EVER been able to do, is base our strategy on the most likely scenarios. Most likely meaning not definite. You all know this!
1% chance of rain means there is a chance of rain, just a low chance , and it works the other way round too. If we had set-in-stone (and ultra unrealistic) weather then it would take away one of the fun parts of the game - unpredictability...
Or do you all want it to tell you it will stop raining on lap 24 and start again on lap 52?
Pathetic is the right word, but not directed toward GPRO....sorry:/
