Exactly. I can understand Miko's POV, but there's more than one way to enjoy this game, and if you're just going to struggle at the top, why not go for something like this? Congrats to the guys that achieved it, I'll join the club one day hopefully. Not this season though, or next.

Not only is it indeed a personal goal and therefore something for everyone to decide for themselves if they are proud of it or not, Miko's condescending remark (anyone can do it in Rookie) is also out of place because half of Luca's points were scored in Amateur or above.
So hats off to Luca! :)

I raced 90% of my career in Amateur, never been to Master/Elite tho but been in Pro not just once.

When you are a guy that goes from Master to rookie then yes, it's taking candy from a baby, but most the guys here are celebrating this as a true milestone, Basically because many ex elites and EX masters are still going to the sandbox Rookie/amateur and not letting new players get points.. :P

I wonder why many Elite managers relegated to Rookie at a certain point.
It certainly wasn't for experiencing a new challenge.

Anyway, you geniuses can go winning and be glorious in Master and Elite, climb the mountain of success and be remembered as the ONES who succeeded here in the hard land of GPRO, great job!
Just remember, I will never give a damn about your accomplishments, but I'm sure someone else will. Happy for you nerds ;)

That was harsh, Luca. Getting 1000 points is a nice achievement no matter what, because even in the "easiest" setup, you realistically need years in order to get that kind of points toll. However, stating you don't give a damn about other people's accomplishments while you post your own accomplishment yourself is quite selfish. You did a good job and other people with other goals are having their own milestones, which is also nice.

It was referred to one group of people, not to all general players of this game.
I'm happy for everyone arriving at 1000 points, even if they were all Rookie material; but it seems that you have to be "different" for making your 1000 points look REAL, which is something that I can't stand.
Therefore, my statement was referred to that last group of people; I just want to have fun and I can care less about winning, that's why I've never been above Pro; if someone wants to mock other people's 1000 points achievement just because they weren't made in a "serious" way (for them), then FUN is a word that doesn't belong to their dictionary.
I think it's sad, pathetic and attention-seeking, but I'm just a spoke on the wheel.

Training is on hold have done my thumb in gutted because I have all the riods to start smashing it again, ozzie said 12 to 18 months for a full reco. F that so sawed the plaster off. Not doing me know favors last couple of days had some bad pain running up the hole of my arm :/

And the hole point of having a slammed and stance motor is so everyone can see it, so doing 110mph is pointless :)

How can you know that if you haven't been in Elite?
And I wasn't saying any names so it wasn't personal but my point is: How big achievement is to score 1000 points in F4 or F3 compared to 1000pts in F1? I don't care where you drive or how you drive your 1000pts if you want to drive them in Rookie then do it but if you do it in Rookie or Amateur only then it isn't achievement at all.

If you score your 1000 points like some Jan Roca, then I'm not that impressed,
but if you are "normal" player(including myself) you should be proud every time when you achieve some milestone.
I know I am proud all of my points and I'm only score them in rookie, ama and pro. I don't need some ELITE-status to be proud of my milestones.
