My few ideas:
1) nations trophy. What about creating divisions? Like Africa division, North America e t.c. and as most players are from Europe, create 5 divisions for Europe: east, west, south, north, center. And then 4 top teams from each division take part in nathions trophy next season. I know it might be not fair to small GPRO countries, but it's sounds like interesting challenge.
2) search through statistics. Like you type in your or smbds name, and it gives you you place even if its 10000.
3) tires type. Always in F1 you can c opponents tire type. Why not add it here (yes, I know GPRO is not F1). U cannot gain much data as u do not know opponent risks. But imo it makes race and qualy standings more interesting.
I had other ideas, but forgot about them xD

Idea 1, is it really needed? I think it should be world nations trophy(which is already there) or none at all
Idea 2 is very good I think it has been suggested before but I still would like to see it
Idea 3 is a definite no for me and probably almost everbody else.

This situation presents me with another opportunity to acknowledge the tough treatment that rookies get here in the GPRO forums. I have been in similar situations myself and I'm sure everyone who's relatively new to this game can confirm that. This is just one case, but it's becoming so prevalent now that it's driving rookies away. A statement by a rookie might seem unthoughtful, ridiculous or even provoking, but you have to consider that with limited experience there is limited understanding of the game. And even though rookies might get to wrong conclusions on their own with suggestions such as this (which I have had my fair share of), they are on the right track with this kind of thinking. A child learns first to talk and then write. We mustn't expect them to be able to write right away. Everything you do here in GPRO is a learning experience.
As for the suggestions:
1. I like the general idea, something could be done about making the national competitions more complex and fair.
2. Being able to see your own stats and compare them with others' stats would be a good addition imo. Seeing specific manager's stats though could get into a deep privacy issue and most people might not like that. Most of that info is on a managers profile anyways.
3. For the most part you could guess what tyres someone is using. I don't see it being distinctly helpful but I don't see how it can hurt either. Of course if this were to get implemented it would be available only after qualifying closes.

As for the suggestions:
1. -1 Top 30 score are all that matter in this think it is a good number!
2. +1 More stats always a + in my book
3. +1 but as Andi said if would have to be after Qualifying

Poor Rookies, they are brutally attacked with harmless jokes, it's awful... sometimes they even cry...
And then they have 3 options:
1. They commit auto suicide;
2. They stop playing Gpro.

This has been discussed many times, and the result always is quite opposite to what you say.
It would actually make races less interesting, not more
Now there it's part of the excitement to watch the race and try to guess and wait when others make their stop. If you knew the tyres in advance, you'l know what will happen in advance, which would make it less interesting.
Furthermore, the tyre markings in F1 are not there to make it more interesting for viewers, they are there to make it easier to monitor that the teams follow the tyre rules.

Race time is fine, in fact I like the longer races as I get to drink more beer!
