There were 2351 participants in Rookie last race. The full race summary (of all groups, you can find them in Miel's link) is a table of 2351 rows, but only 500 is shown to you on the all-groups page. However, you can sort that table by any column and get 500 first/last rows of that order.
Now, when you sort the table by laps completed backwards, you get 500 managers who completed least laps. Miel gave the links sorted that way already, so you just need to go here: /gb/RaceSummary.asp?Group=Rookie&Season=&Race=&N...
For the last race in Rookie, the 400th-500th places in that order completed 70 or 71 laps of 73. So all the hidden managers completed at least 70 laps, because they completed more laps than the shown ones.
You look for punctures that ended the race, so unless someone got a puncture on lap 71 or later, they completed less than 71 laps, so they are on the list of 500. You just count them, I found 35 on that above page.
What is important here, is that you know that in the hidden part of the table, there are no punctures (unless someone had a puncture on lap 73), so the 35 found in the top 500 are all punctures that happened to all 2351 managers. So the number you are looking for (for that particular race) is 35/2351.
Again, thank you Ania for explaining this as it had not been properly explained until this post, i am just assumed to know these things without explanation. There is definitely an elitist attitude shown by many within this game, i am not the one using swear words and being unpleasant but yet i am the one in the wrong, this forum can be really toxic at times which is very sad.

No one assumes that you must know these things, it's just something that many people probably know how to find out but are not used to explaining to other people.
You did use a swear word, and the only other person who used one was Daryl. You also felt the need to attack the people who were trying to explain things to you because you couldn't immediately understand their explanations.
Again, I didn't really see anyone (besides Daryl) attacking you. I'd say people have been rather civil considering the way you've responded to some of the people here.

I too had a puncture in the last race that took me out of the race.. 😅
One thing I noticed about the 'new' race screen is that it doesn't tell you anything about DNFs?
Had to change to the old screen to find out what happened to me 😕

I agree with that , I found Daryl´s tone a bit disappointed , getting tired of the Doc´s misreading/misinterpretation habits while trying to show him the simple ideas he is missing...
just like Stefan pointed out , the same opinion is shared with other people, in different occasions, too ;) ... but this time we´re out of that fan club that makes you look smart, and Richard, Miel or Stefan made it pretty fucking short and clear
