super rookie and Amateur League relegated to the same league and reset all managers
|
|

What is your question ? When goes to rookie, every manager have a reset. Super rookie have a financial penality for each point over 50, that is significate à true motivated relegated amateur can beat it

Sorry, Yakup, I'm afraid, when you would (AGAIN) relegate from Amateur to a Rookie group with the Super Rookies and greedy promoters only, you would never get out of it and you would leave the game.
And what about the newbies? Without the Super Rookies will every (promoting) newbie in the hard trouble, because after 17 races (or less) he gets to the Amateur boredom, then he falls back to ... what? The group full of the Super Rookies and the greedy promoters... Oh, disaster!
If you would work on yourself as hard as you like to (repeatedly) attack the SRs, you would be a champion in your group with the 50-60 millions behind the belt. And you would not post such a bad ideas.
Edit: added "(promoting)"

In rookie everyone starts at the same point after the reset.

Why would that be so?
Super rookies start with the same car level and facilities that you do and with even less money.
It's a great opportunity to learn form them how they manage to win most races, get to higher car level and keep a nice balance until the end of he season where hey go negative, you can see how they evolve their car, their strategies and every 2-3 seasons the kind of drivers they select.
So you prefer to lose this opportunity to race with more experienced managers and learn from them and join a group of inexperienced noobs?
And just as a small comment, you are also a relegating amateur, and you are proposing that super rookies and relegating ama's be on the same group. You have it and you are complaining?

Well mostly yes. L1 car, same S&F, $1,000,000 sponsor for 10 races, etc. However those that have done 17 races in the previous season will start with $35 million versus a n00b that starts with $30 million.
As for these so called Super Rookies, they get a penalty for going negative to stay in Rookie if they score over 50 points. ($200,000 per point).
So technically not everyone starts the same & that isn't even considering driver differences.
Super Rookies are at a financial disadvantage, with good reason as they are more experienced.
Yakup, I have to ask. "Why the hell did we need a new thread with your same crap about Super Rookies ?" They exist. Nothing you say will change that regardless of what twist or BS you want to put on it. If you concentrated more on your own management rather than others, you might become a better manager.

Ah, the usual last ditch attempt at Worst Forum Topic Oscar. Good luck!

Q, Does anyone know the difference between a rookie and a super rookie?
A, super rookies wear their underpants on the outside.😂

the problem this:
because it's impossible to pass them (super-rookie)
also, very hard to score points for beginners
and how do you know I'm a bad manager?
must be a special group for super rookies
because; reason: too much experience
|
|
|
Yakup, did you have a mentor when you started? I see your team is very inexperienced. maybe having a mentor or recruiting an experienced manager to join your team, could be a way of learning how to pass these managers and having more success?

you have one super-rookie in your group who has been run close by a manager with the same experience and number of races as your self, you know he will go negative and would not be in a stronger position if he was not in your group. also many managers have scored points in what looks like a quite balanced group.
you are also an amateur relegated manager, who previously won his rookie group, many new players would feel your fare more experienced and likely to beat them, should you be in the super-rookie group as well?

why are only your looking at this from my perspective?
No problem I'm already promoted.
the main problem is the new players, this cools them from the game.

A Super Rookie is only a manager who doesn't have enough balls to face the competitive game at a higher level
As Dante Alighieri said "Non ragioniam di lor, ma guarda e passa" (don't think about them, just look and move forward)

Quote ( Yakup Paçacı @ June 19th 2019,22:58:17 ) why are only your looking at this from my perspective? I have no idea tbh Yakup, they are making assumptions on why you are raising the issue, honestly never realised we had so many super rookie fans!
This game is so breakable, all it would take is 744 managers deciding to be super rookies then divide themselves across the 186 rookie groups and ruin the game for ALL new players.
ppl have to remember how and why the super rookie penalty was brought in, instant implementation after R5 of a season screwed newer players like me, but the reason they did it this way was for maximum effect and to STOP super rookies playing the way they were, as it does hinder new players.
The penalty amount has obviously turned out to be too low so why not just increase it from 200k a point to 500k?

Don't care about points, in rookie the only important thing is to promote

Well if you weren't good enough to have the points from your race results, how are they stealing them from you ? You never had them in the first place, did you ?
You are just searching for excuses. I had a few so called Super Rookies when I first started the game in R202. I looked at it as a challenge & learnt from them. They aren't cheating, they are playing the game the way they want to. Simple as that.
When you failed to retain Amateur in 36th, I suppose you blame that on your group & having 35 Super Amateurs above you 😁 I mean seriously. Like I said earlier, worry about yourself & you might improve.
