I wish there is an "Assign Leadership to this Member" button so that we wont suffer from the problem of asking a team member to step down, specially when someone from your team is in vacation.
Or at least as a current leader of any team, you can move the member's positions.

There are private messages, a personal step down button or other teams, although a temporary assign powers of some descript I can’t see the problem of either.
but if your team leader does not know you want him to step down he probably does now 😂😂😂

He is the tesm leader.
I suppose the team is looking for a new one and there another teammate that can't step down for this to occur.
Can't recall if you can step down in Holiday mode
Else they will have to wait.till their teammate returns.
Don't know if a new team leader election button will be helpful or not (maybe similar mechanics as a team vote out) I can think of some examples where it could have alllowed for some teams not.to cave in due to and unpopular leader or in other case it could be considered a coup de etât.

Just busy in real life and lost interest in this game as I no longer like the way randoms play jokes to managers. This game turned into game of luck instead of game of strategy.
I also wonder why this basic feature was never implemented, considering this game is already on it's 71st season. Well I guess there is nothing I can do (even when you suggested a good idea admins will ignore it nor reply on it), truly, I regret supporting this game.

In most cases you control your randoms, true randoms are not that common the ones that you control is part of the strategy.

Would be good if you have a 2nd who can take charge whilst you get your love and enjoyment of the game back. And you could then deligate leadership of the team.
And yeah that would stop the messy private message going back and forth to get members to give up leadership.
Not a bad idea Jerome definite thumbs up for the post.

Why not just step down for a bit? When you get your head right again or gain interest again, the new leader should allow you to take the reins again. If not, you have bigger problems... That's what the #2 spot is for.
