Since it will be entirely off season in f1 terms...can we have a silly season?

For those that can't see the image...just go to track list, sort by least appearances and look at the top 17.
Test track being Monte Carlo? ( it has the most at 39)
Mod Edit: so people don't confuse this topic with the calendar announcement when it's made.

Some clear German favouritism going on here. Obviously the Circuito Piccalo delle Madonie would be a much better choice as test track.

well maybe enough people will like my idea to give it some merit.

I like the direction but not the exact tracks (the reasons are listed by others). But possibly handpicking 17 from the top 20-25 least frequent tracks will make sense, while keeping the calendar bearable? A "silly" season sounds fun, but it would destroy a lot of long term plans.
