I just contacted Indoor Karting BCN and before booking a 50% deposit of attending people needs to be done(obvioulsy by me), so i need an official answer about who will be attending to the Karting and everything else experience on Saturday.
so far we have 12 people on the confirmed list attending, but 50% of 10 people deposit needs to be done at least as they informed me. That would mean that 275€ at least needs to be paid my own pocket first.
How we should procede about all of this? Any thoughts?
Just asked Stefan too to get from everybodys their phone number to have a wassup group, telegram or whatever to have an official chat just in case when everybodys in Barcelona to reunite everybody and make plans or whatever we need.

Well, first of all im going to send PMs to everybody asking for their confirmation to go to the Karting to make the booking faster(the schedule is totally free for now they said when i called, but you never know)
Second of all, thanks for your offer guys, its indeed an amount of money very high to pay on my own. But i have no idea how to do it, specially for guys like you having another currency. Here in spain Bizum has become quite famous and a lot faster, maybe a bank transfeR? no idea how to do it, easier or quicker. Any idea?

Bank transfer is probably easiest (we'd likely need your IBAN) - or maybe using e.g. Paypal?
If I cover the cost of it then everyone's deposit they can just pay me in Euros or whatever in person (Jun can transfer me the money easily though) - how much is the amount they need Joaquín?
NB - just looked and to use Bizum you need a Bank Account in Spain and for your Bank to be signed up (my Bank isn't in the list there), so don't think that's an option unfortunately.

Bank transfer is probably the easiest, since you can go to your computer or a bank and make it yourself.
Ive sent pms to everybody asking for their official confirmation about joining the total experience package at the Indoor Karting Barcelona. The cost of the package is 55€, so id need 50% of that.
I dont know what are the plan of everybody about countries with different currency like you guys coming from the UK for example if you want to make currency change just in case to buy things here in Spain or pay everything by card.
Ideally make the 50% of the package and i would flow them to the indoo karting and once we are there to pay the rest, but there are many options of course, no problem in that.
I didnt know Bizum is only for spanish banks, its a pity because its the easiest ive seen in my life since i started doing it hehe :D

I guess it's like Bizum - quick, secure and easy way to transfer money without messing about with bank details etc. Just need someone's email to transfer money to their account (any account you set up on it).
So 330 euros for 12 of us to pay 50% I make that, or £285. I can transfer you that - let's go to PM and we can work out the best way of doing this :)

It seems they now allow full capacity at Camp Nou. Should I buy an overpriced ticket from a random online ticket agency, hope that when the member sale ends I somehow happen to be at right time at the website, or just figure out something else to do? :)
I'm not even a football fan, quite the contrary, but it would be an interesting experience. Especially as my boss used to have the stadium (empty) as her computer background image.

Cheapest reliableish ones I can find are 250-300. Same ones currently at official site are 100 euros. Not sure if that includes member discount.

About Camp Nou Stadium, its half true Jukka. Because that 100% capacity is to all Spain, some territories are not at that stage yet, they want to wait a little more. In Catalonia wont be 100% in football stadiums yet, but it might be the next month...
Not sure though because Covid situation and the 5th wave is already gone, but lately the covid parameters has increased slightly again... So nothing to be sure of yet.
But if you can get tickets about it and youre willing to do so, go ahead. Im quite sure it will be a wonderful experience to remember...

I got a reply from Joan yesterday because he is a Barcelona football supporter(you know the one who pays annually and you can go to the stadium whenever you want) that he will go to that Barsa Madrid game. Just got news that the game will be played on Sunday 24th at 16.15.

Yeah, yesterday it might have been possible to get an official ticket, but I missed the mail by 1,5 hours and they were gone already. And the unofficial ways seem quite hard and fishy. So that idea may need to be buried.

So now we have to find a good restaurant/night club/bar as of 19:00 where they eventually have Flamenco dancing to watch; the main thing is to have a few beers together after the karting.

Well i think we should get a quorum about what kind of place to go after the karting experience on saturday evening/night. some place to have beers or dinner. I have no idea if youd like to watch on TV F1 qualifying or not or maybe more interest in socializing or whatever.
Id like to see what interest has everybody and id try to search for the proper place.

F1 Qualifying on TV is a good shout :)
Otherwise I think anywhere with alcohol, music and/or pub games would be fine ;)

When in Spain, let’s first concentrate on getting top traditional Spanish food (including a beer or two) after the karting, then we could continue to a “normal” bar etc afterwards, to make full use of the night and early morning.
I am sure we could find a sports bar close by, to watch the f1 qualies, before we go to the karting.
On Sunday, we could meet up at a sport bar to watch f1…
How does that sound like?

A bit to early in Spain to look for a restaurant to have dinner at 19:00. :P
Here the "normal" time is 21:00-22:00.

Okay Sistema, then let’s reserve a good place for 20:45, close to where the nightlife is, so that we don’t have to wait too long to get our food. :)
Don’t forget, we probably need 45-60min to get there after the karting.

You should also not forget, that it's the weekend of the US-GP. That means, Qual will start at 23:00 Barcelona time and the race at 21:00. So maybe a restaurant would be nice, where the next sportsbar is not far ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
