"No" is a pretty standard for the first few missions and it gives you an opportunity to see who is up voting, and who is picking who for missions. Because at this stage we know nothing except there are some bad people out there.

If I have 6 or more pass votes the mission will go ahead, if I get less than 5 pass votes the mission will not go ahead, there will me another chance for Round 1 but it would be Kirsty to pick a team.

If you are evil, then you just want go into mission, if you are good you will want to at least try to figure out smth before dead end
