i dont know what other people think but another advantage for gpro supporters should be that they can design there own helmets to have on the car or something like that?

I don't think the four pixels offer much artistic freedom?

well maybe like on hte profile or something just a picture of a helmet or even mae the cars bigger so there is more room to make a descent one

That four pixels would eat a bit of bandwidth though...
You can add a helmet to your forum picture if you want to. Some players even have pictures in helmets!

livery? Teams with 6 supporters have their own livery

If you pay ( a lot) then you can have your own livery.
But it isn't possible to enable it for everybody because of bandwidth reasons.

Could you image how slow the race page reloads would be if everyone had a custom helmet on top of their livery?

I think this thread is about helmets on the "home" screen. Helmets in the race page are so small it would be pointless.
But yeah, shouldn't be TOO hard to implement. If we have driver faces then why not this. Or show the drivers face instead of a generic helmet,

Naa, knowing Keeble he meant for the actual race screen, or elsewhere where it shows the car. But doesn't matter now anyway as with most cars, when you hover over them on the team profile or on a manager's profile the bigger version of the car is shown.

The helmets weren't on the home screen in 2008 when this thread was created, they came at some point during/after 2009.
