I need to understand the Race Forecast
Example:
Race Forecast
Practice / Qualify 1
Start - 0h30m
Temp: 35° - 42°
Humidity: 80% - 90%
Rain Probability: 80% - 85%
1h - 1h30m
Temp: 36° - 39°
Humidity: 89% - 99%
Rain Probability: 10% - 15%
I didn't understand.
Start - 0h30m: is it about the pratice and
1h - 1h30m about the Q1?

Start - 0h30m: The start to the first 30 minutes of the race.
1h - 1h30min: From the first 1st hour of the race to the 90th minute of the race.

The weather prediction timing is keyed off of the Elite lap times.
If the Elites are lapping in exactly two minutes, then all of the divisions will have 15 laps in the Start - 0h30m stage.

You can look at the Q1 and Q2 times in Elite, to see how much time one lap takes. You can then calculate, how much laps they will do during 30 minutes, after 1 hour etc.
Just keep in mind: the weather forecast is not accurate. Try to add some safety margins.

This time you see in weather forecast is the race lap time, not the time for a lap click in the live race (Time Bar in Live Race).
Let's talk math, with an average lap time of 1:30.000 ( Equal 90 seconds) the driver will cover in [Start - 0h30m] peroid (Equal 1800 seconds) the driver will cover 20 laps in that peroid.
( 1800 sec ) / ( 90 second/lap) = 20 laps

Look at the icons, they say if it's raining in the Practice/Q1 and Q2/Start. (This confused me a lot when I began.)

though you sound like you are joking, i think you actually mean it.
With that said i think its a good idea. High level of weather forcast
facility would give a more accurate picture :)

it is worth remembering that it's just the weather forecast.
so no one knows exactly the weather.

Actually, I was joking. Won't work due to team system (only one person in the team will need to have the facility)
