because rookies and how many tastings have you made ?

Staff training doesn't increase staff motivation either.

My new TD lost 4 points from his experience after the race.
What exactly happened, can anybody tell me?
It's a Foby thing too, I guess...
Honestly If I would play this game for another 100 years I still wouldn't understand everything.
I'm just curious what's the logic behind this.
I mean , I know it's Gpro where sometimes the logic is a distant friend but if the loss of experience will continue race by race I will think this is only against me.

Not sure if this is a bug or not, but my used parts (which you can downgrade to for free) change their wear amount every race. Sometimes they go up, and sometimes they go down. I would have thought that it should we the wear that the part had when you last used it!

You can't reuse parts.
When you downgrade them you lose the higher part and in return you get a lower level part with less wear on it. You cannot go back to the previous part, it is gone.

Oh, so its more that your downgrading your current part, rather than re-using an existing already worn part. Got ya.

Most races statistics shows 6 races in rookies .
but user profile says 13 races in rookies . Does on that time had also soft reset , that there have 7 race difference ? 🤔

There was a loss of data in early seasons, that affect the stats.

@Gábor Jenő Schreiner (R146) There is actually no tutorial on that page, which I now realize is not clear at all. So I've done a little change to the tutorial button, on pages where there is no tutorial, the button will be darker (and look kind of disabled).

Why is that in the game when the weather changes to rain or vice versa after you cross the start finish line you have to complete that lap and then come in the the next lap even i though i have set my strategy to "wait 0 laps to change tyres after the weather changes"

You said exactly why.
The weather changes on the start line.
The pit entry is behind the start line.
the car can´t drive in reverse or against the traffic to reach the pit lane entry
So you have to continue in the trakc until you reach the pit entry.
In real life, rain can start anywhere in the track and you will need to drive to pit entry.
