1 stopper paid off there. Mistake during first qually and I was also held up for a few laps at the beginning due to a particular driver attribute otherwise I would have been a lot closer to the 1st or 2nd place.

Thanks im buzzing . Someone told me of a site with a lot of info to help . It doesn't tell me what the driver attributes are best set to but if anyone can help me regarding that?
Like what concentration,talent,aggression,etc etc are best attributes as I think the higher any of those are effects the maximum overall and if im right I can only have level 85 in rookie,rignt?

This is very common to happen Sidney, the guilty of this increase in overall is motivation, some managers to lower the overall of the pilot and get the contract renewal, often look for bad results on the track to lower motivation and consequently the overall, but obviously if there is no chance of promotion.

However, I'm sure motivation must impact the drivers performance somehow, otherwise it wouldn't be a stat? unless it's just there to serve as an Overall eater, which I doubt . Any idea of what Motivation does impact? .
In fact if anyone can help me understand the driver stats a little more that would be great.

Motivation: motivation is one of the parameters that vary most intensely, with jumps of 40-50 points or even bigger falls. A pilot with zero motivation is not, in advance, a bad pilot. Motivation can increase quickly with the race sequence, even when good results are not obtained. A motivated driver will give the everything 'during the race in search of the best results. Motivated at 250 (max.), It is estimated that the pilot can stay about 1s faster
