I want to change my first stint fuel in race stategy. pl tell how to change it or I will lose my race.

You can't, it's the only thing you can't change along with the tyres you chose for Q1! Q1 is very decisive so don't make any mistakes choosing tyres and fuel!

Your 1st stint fuel is the fuel that you used to do your Q2 with; you get to choose it for your Q2 for a reason. ;)

Once you have used all your practice laps or are satisfied with your setup, select a qualifying lap. Choose your tyres carefully, as this is the dry tyre compound you will use for the rest of the Grand Prix weekend including the race. The risk setting will affect this qualifying lap, experiment to find out the best setting.
Now you must complete your Qualify 2 lap, but this one is different, you do this lap with the fuel you will start the race with in the car.[...]Choose your fuel for the first stint of the race and select your risk and drive the lap.
All of that from the game rules /gb/GPRORules.asp Don't worry though, rookie is there to learn the basics, so making mistakes is fine.

Yeap. First stint fuel is your Q2 lap fuel. You can't change it now.
Actually there's something slightly wrong with this first stint fuel rule IMO... the fuel to start the race should be the fuel you set for your Q2 minus the fuel of 3 laps (laps for your Q2). Anyway, let it be like it is.

Yeah choosing the lowest possible fuel for Q2 is not always the best idea.

Judging from your race one results, and how far you're behind the fastest man already in qualifying, your pace is not enough to win just yet anyway. Just try to complete 90% race distance for the money and chalk this one up as a learning experience.

In Rookie you don't need to complete 90% of the race distance to get the full race income. ;)
