I actually do! I usually am still in the top 100, but after a recent foray into the 30s, I'm down in the 250s (all worldwide numbers). Just a fun little side thing I can check up on a couple times a day :)

Probably a great game, one of the most easy, and difficult sometimes, hate it or love it, you would enjoy it, while you are at it , sad to see it go away .....

I looked at Neuronball yesterday - looks half decent, but not something I'd play all the time, as I use Twitch in my spare time & spend time with family.
